I just figured out why I like you so much. My baby sister, Cherly, was just like you. OOZING talent. I once spent 2 weeks trying to make a circular pillow. I was at my moms house and was talking to mom and she said she could try. My baby sister said to let her try. I came back over the next nite and she had BOTH sides done. So much talent. She was my friend also. She went to be with God 7 years ago. I sure do miss her. So thank you for the courage to start a utube channel. It is beautiful.

Great idea of putting that gray felt inside, it goes well with the pillow which is gorgeous and is a first place winner for sure. I couldn't use it for a rug, I'm with you I couldn't stand some one walking on it. A couple layers of batting would work with it for a chair cushion.

Hi Kayla. I just wanted to say thank you for showing so many hot glue secrets. I've learned so much. It does make alot of crafting easier to put together. I hope you are feeling better. Anywho, I like quirky stuff too ! I try not to hoard but I found a word for it: kitschy. None of my sentimental decore (trinkets) match or have a theme. But I try not to buy anything else, except yarn. I got myself a lot of DK yarn. Unreal. From pandemic-time. 😂

I have a kinda bar stool that isn't all that comfortable & have been playing with ideas about what to do, you may have just given me the perfect idea. Only problem is that if I made the mandala seat cover, I might not let anyone sit on it 😂🧶🌈. Good morning Kayla! In my opinion, your pi8llow is brilliant and those rows of plain color are fine the way they are because they have solid texture which I love sometimes even better than color variance. I love the thought of doing smaller mandala projects, thinking about a baby blanket with a flannel backing to cover up some of those larger holes. I'm completing my original big blanket today, amazed that Mikey said he finished it all in 4 days including his filming time. I might be able to crochet the pillow in just 4 days, LOL...Thanks for sharing! Hugs to both you and Phoebe!

That pillow is So gorgeous I can't get over it, Kayla! and that felt idea is very clever, I even have some of that around my place so I definitely wanna make one now, you made it look so easy and made it up so quick. I still can't get over how talented you are, it's truly such a treat to be able to watch and listen to you work. I could do it all day to be honest, lol! I lmbo at your chicken video..esp when you took a bite of that chicken leg🤣😅😆😁😂. Love the pillow. I have thought about doing a pillow from mandala pattern but was concerned about the holes..looks like you figured it out!!! Also mu chihuahua snickers that passed a year ago always wanted to be with momma...I would wrap her in a blanket on my chest when I worked during the day. Good memories of my little baby girl. Phoebe looks like a chihuahua i had a kid. Her name was Cocoa...they are my fav breed fur baby.

Rug yarn used to be readily available. It had a coarseness to the texture. It may have been about a 4 or 5. I think Red Heart and Aunt Lydia's produced and sold it. I think a Mandela would be a gorgeous rug. I like your method of using felt as an in-between with the yarn and stuffing. You could even recycle a piece of an older blanket to put inside. It is a pretty pillow and would be nice for chair cushion covers. I enjoy watching you work.
