Hi Paul. Loved the video and love your positive outlook to life and easy going nature. Great cook-up in the beautiful Australian outdoors and great to see your wife fishing with you and having fun. What would be great, would be Scotty, his dad and Gary doing a road trip up to Noosa to join you for a few days and filming both fishing and cooking over a series of days in parts. You get a big like from me today!!

+Frank Saunders thanks Frank we really appreciate your comments it would be great but both Scotty and myself work full time.
I am heading down to Sydney in October and I was hoping to film Something with the guys down there.
It’s a great idea. It’s just work gets in the way. We have thought about doing another TV show again but the stations charge you to put it on air now and production cost a fortune.
We are looking at going to Weipa together next year. I am looking forward to that.
I don’t think it will be too long before Scotty moves up here. If that happens then we will have some adventures. I am working on it Frank. Really appreciate your kind comments mate thanks for watching. It’s great to get good feed back. Makes all worth while👍

No worries Paul. Have learned a lot from you about cooking fish, not over cooking it and the value of residual heat. I've also enjoyed your graduation from novice angler to someone who has been completely bitten by the bug and is now an accomplished angler himself. Work and family commitments often hinder me from going fishing too and I don't fish anywhere near as much as I used to still, I try to chase some black drummer once a month and get my fix. For me they're a year round affair, fight hard, are accessible and taste great on the plate. My wife is Asian and we often make fish soup these days with my drummer. It's super healthy and tastes great! Keep up your great work!

TheHookandTheCook I heated up the oil in the pan and I put the fish in the pan and then I put salt and pepper over the fish.

Looks fantastic! Have you tried leaving the fins on and eating them too? When cooked to crispy, they develop a nutty flavour that ends up being arguably the best bit.
