US bank tower is still the tallest imo. I’m 5’10 and if I stick a chopstick in my head doesn’t make me 6’3

Agree. Also, the US Bank building is further up a hill, closer to Bunker Hill, that makes its height measured from sea level even higher. Where do you get the best view? From the top of Mt. Everest, or from some tall building somewhere else in Nepal?

False. You can clearly see Wilshire is taller with the spire excluded.

@@A22DNAL It's in Dekkadance. You have to take the elevator all the way to the top floor/hotel lobby, but you have to walk down the stairs to get to the actual restaurant. You get a beautiful view too

To roof height its not the tallest but structurally it is with spire. Be glad when LA has skyscrapers between 1200 and 2000 feet. Wilshire Grand was supposed to be 1250 feet tall.

Sticking a spire on top of a building,and then claiming it's the tallest building because of that is cheating. Using the same logic, a developer can build a two story building, then put a 5,280 foot tall pole on top, and then claim it's the tallest building in the world (one mile high). Nope, that doesn't work for me.
Burn khalid’s has spire and they count and i didn’t hear something bad about Khalifa from your balcony so that counts if it’s not oversized spire
@@end14forund With the Burj (I've been there), workers can climb to the top from the inside of that large cylinder, to get to the top. With the Wilshire Grand (I've been there too), it's what a call a glorified flag pole that tops the building.

Salesforce Tower in San Francisco is TECHNICALLY the tallest building west of the Mississippi, followed by US Bank Tower here in L.A....THEEEEEN WGC(sorry, but the sphere doesn't count. I count by floors)
The Salesforce tower has a empty crest on top with no floors which also doesn't count. In that case the US Bank Tower is large than Salesforce 🙄

@@Blue-jd8jf no it’s not 😂 because you can still go on top of the rooftop of the crown on Salesforce Tower. Which is taller than US bank helipad which you can also go up top. 1,070 feet is taller than 1,018 feet. Salesforce Tower is taller than US bank.
