    I love the way you did your pattern roundup. You summarized the details of each pattern effectively, and I really appreciated your evaluation of the difficulty of each pattern and listing of the required skills. I’d love to see more pattern roundups from you in this format. It’s so helpful.

    Those are some nice ideas and I love your way of presentation. This year, I am knitting a shawl for my sister and crocheting a Granny Square blanket for my mother, I hope I can get it done in time!

    I made the Laid Edges socks for both of my grandmother's this year. They look amazing once they are blocked and are so comfortable.

    Love the list and I really enjoy the way you present all the patterns in your videos. I'm actually knitting the Laulu Shawl as a gift and can confirm there's a written pattern for all rows and repeats in a separate pdf file. Even though the pattern has cables and some simple lace it's so much fun, really easy to get a hang of and it knits up really quickly!

    Great selection of patterns! I'm actually going to teach two friends how to knit (especially in the round) soon and this gave me some really good inspiration for things I could suggest.
    I really appreciate how good your sound quality and video quality is in your videos. It really makes your videos so soothing and a joy to watch! i just thought I'd mention it, as I know it's not always easy to achieve these results in a video.

    Love these ideas. Do you have any suggestions on finding patterns that are okay to sell?

    • @neknits
      @neknits  9 месяцев назад

      For specific suggesions, patterns by Emily Sheehan, Bluebirdpine Shop, Smeeny Made Wild, Wanded Knit and Crochet (these are mostly hats!) tend to allow sales of finished items in small quantities. In terms of general searching, it can be difficult! If a pattern doesn't specifically prohibit sales you could email the designer and ask.

      For first-time socks I recommend The Crazy Sock Lady's vanilla socks! She has a full RUclips tutorial for both 9" circular needles and magic loop ruclips.net/video/EGamxTtwaeU/видео.htmlsi=YyidSFQ2o8IXFH27 ruclips.net/video/RBqCDzK-R9M/видео.htmlsi=Wazgn2w8P6yQ-d5B
