      Yes they are sacred to Hindus, but Hindus DO NOT consider them a God. They are sacred out of respect as they provide us with milk, but they are not Gods. We have to clear up this misunderstanding.

    Yes, very true SAS ! The trauma that these animals go through before they are slaughtered, is pretty much like transferred energy from them that your dreaming because of their last emotions that they had before they were gone. It is kinda crazy but true. I'm really in tune with my higher self and still working on connecting with my true self. I resonate with what your saying. Love you both so much !     That pickled thing is pickled papaya and it’s called atchara.
    The beef with onions is called “Bistek” or beefsteak.
    The rice soup is called lugaw.

    Dip the tocino and longanisa in the vinegar! It’s the best for fried meats, even with the sweet marinade/seasoning of tocino and longanisa!… (the vinegar is even better if it has crushed garlic and chilli in it! 😋🤤)

    I think Sas is talking about bistik (beefsteak). The salad is called atchara and yes it's made of pickled papaya mixed with other veggies. The rice soup is called arrozcaldo, theres also lugsw, pospas and goto 😊

    The one that Sas's mentioned is Bistek Tagalog. Beef with onions it is sour because it is marinated with Calamansi or lemon Juice.

    Its called beefsteak or bistik tagalog. Same with beefstew execpt we use calamansi juice to make it sour. With alot of onions.

    In India, Hindu Religion we worship Cows. I’ve been a vegetarian for years and years. I’m nt judgemental abt others who aren’t, I just feel I cannot eat living creatures, I hv compassion for them. And I m proud😊
