Beautiful 🤩 How would you store a cake like that with whipped cream and edible images?

Great insights. Will the edible print not bleed / sweat if you put it direct to the cream?

No dear I've always done that for all my cream cakes. The main tip is after you frost the cake give it some time for the moisture to evaporate that means you can place your pic right Before dispatch or pick up and it'll be super fine. I've never encountered any issue

What if they are picking the cake the next day can you store it in the fridge before pick up and after you've put the print ..

Absolutely no never place your cake in the fridge with the print on. If you want, you can place your cake in the fridge the the following morning remove it and let it thaw a bit before placing your print on

You don't have to you can let it stay out on the counter at room temperature and place the picture just before delivery or pick up

what you have used to cover the cake is it just plain whipped cream it not going to destroy the photo image

    • @tehillahcakesandcaterers6043

No it doesn't. The trick is to frost your cake a few hours in advance and set aside to help it lose moisture from the cream then at the point of delivery or pick up you can place the picture gently and it be won't spoil or sweat. It's also not advisable to put a cake that has edible picture in the fridge
