I lost my older tracfone a month or so ago, and when I call it it goes straight to voicemail like it's turned off or the battery died or could be damaged mybe run over by a car if I lost it in the road way, iv still got almost 10 months air time and well over a thousand talk minutes and probably a thousand text left and mybe 4 gigs data,will they transfer all of that to my new tracfone that's arriving tommoro because you said I had to have both phones on at the same time for a smoother transfer but that's not possible in my situation because my old phone is lost.

You may want to explain this to TracFone's customer service during activation. This event should had been reported when it happened, to preserve everything, if you have, then all may be OK. The reason why I say this, it's the only way they'll know you're being honest. Being your voicemail isn't working, it's well possible it could had been ran over, am sure in the process, TracFone will make an attempt to reach your old number to verify data. The more you can remember, the better. Especially if you have your old box with the Red card with SIM number.

I never call Tracfone. I always transfer one phone to another online with no problems at all.
