    Great photo shoot. Lots of information and tips. Good results from the Godox flashes, especially the AD 300. Your model was wonderful. Looking forward to more with the AD300.

    I’d forgotten I’d subscribed to your channel but I can see why I did. Excellent communication. A real pleasure to watch and learn from. My bell is now on so I don’t miss any of your videos.

    great work, learned a lot. It would be helpful to me if you could show us lighting position in an animated form, since this is about lighting, so I can picture in my mind which light is on, where is positioned and what actually lights. thank you.

      I'll look into it. Since I finance these videos (and the channel), I'll have to find a way to economically add that feature.
      Thanks for watching.

    Hi Tim,
    Not sure on the Softboxes you are using but I have found that you get more output if you push the 300 pro further in to the S2 bracket. It may be different with the boxes you are using but I have certainly found it with the ones I have and definitely with octa's.

      Thanks - I’ll look at that.

      @@TimKellysMasterPhotoTechniques No problem. I stumbled on it after placing it in what I thought was a normal position from muscle memory and use of the AD200 units but that bulb is longer. I was not getting the .5 stop more on the meter that I was expecting. Figure out it was the position of the 300 in the bracket.

    Thank you for so much info. Why can't more photographers share their shoots?

      Glad you enjoy! We're gonna keep going. I've been doing videos and internet training since the late '80's.I hopefully have a few more active shooting years ahead to share.
      Thanks for watching.

    Always superb tuition! Thanks Tim,
    Oh, do you ever use a 2 or 3 to 1 ratio? Thank you!

    • @TimKellysMasterPhotoTechniques
      @TimKellysMasterPhotoTechniques  3 года назад

      My norm is a 2:1 on almost everything. 3:1 for more dramatic images and more often on men.
      Thanks for watching.

    I have been wondering whether the light setting is with manual or TTL after watching the first part?

    After watching your various Videos Tim I'm going to do a full Studio shoot using just Godox Speedlights and an AD200. They seem more than up to it! Just need to sort the damned Virus out now in the UK............ Cheers Tim and team
