Hello, it didn't work for me... The icon keeps bouncing in the dock but never opens. It's been like this for months so I have to use photoshop but right now I really need Ai.

Another thing to remember that might help you out is that the Adobe Creative Cloud app allows you to have multiple versions of the same program simultaneously installed. If you are having problems with one version, you could at least temporarily use another version.
Didn't work for me. It is important for you to know that I have a Macbook M1 Ventura IOS and Photoshop just behaves funny. So the Settings option are Blank. This solution doesn't solve it. Thank you.
I see from your multiple comments that you are having numerous problems with various Adobe programs. I recommend you post these questions on the Adobe forum where lots of experts hang out with strong knowledge of the latest tech. Best of luck and let me know how you go.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator? If you are using Creative Cloud this is very easy through the app.
