Wheel Lathe - Full Wheel Repair Demo on curb rashed wheels

This is a full DCM3 Diamond Cut Wheel Machine walkthrough and demonstration of a wheel repair, start to finish. It can be hard to know what to believe these days, in large part because of the editing capabilities technology has given us. Almost anyone can make almost anything appear the way they want it to. I figured the best way to educate was to let people see for themselves! I filmed this wheel repair demonstration from start to finish in one take. No cuts of the camera, no clever editing, just one long take, warts and all! The only things I edited in this video were adjusting the audio levels and adding in the voice overs with captions.

This video demonstrates what it takes to start from scratch (as opposed to loading up a saved wheel profile from your library) and end up with a product ready for clear coat. Realistically, this process should take anywhere from 10-20 minutes per wheel. As you can see here, I wasn't trying to race the clock or be Mr. Speed. Just represent the average Wheel Repair process.
