This is meant to be a food supplement. Support yn sa kaya mong kainin araw2 pra sa mga hard gainers. Being expensive is subjective. My mga taong gagastos tlga pra ma achieve ang goal. For someone na malakas kumain pero di prn tumataba, need tlga nito kc sobrang time consuming na kumain ng marami

Kahit mga bodybuilder whey protein lang sila hindi sila nag mamass gainer
I'm a hard gainer and nag bulk ako for 3 months and I gained 8 kilos from 60 to 68 but nagkaroom nako ng belly kaya ginawa kong 1 scoop per week nalang dati 6 scoops per day. Ngayon binabawe kona sa pagkain
Napaka husay tlga ni coach..iniisip ko rin mag take ng serious mass kaso ang taas sa sugar at calories, at may hyoerthyroid din ako nabasa ko kasi sa nutrion fact meron sya iodine, bawal po kasi sa may hyoerthyroid ang iodine, ask ko lang po yung ni recommend nyo po whey protein na kulay red is ok pp ba yon sa akin? Kasi nakita ko nutrion fact nya is sakto lang ung calories nya at sugar at the same time meron din sya protein

Very purist naman to. Not all can consume or buy whole foods kaya nga may ganyan to "supplement" mas mahal yung sinasabi mo kesa mag mass gainer. Dapat may mga factors ka na dapat iconsider

Mas maganda gamitin ang whey kase mababa lang po ang sugar content non compared sa mass gainer na mataas yung sugar content because of lots of carbs content
Hello coach. Ask ko lang if ano kya pwede sa case ko. Walking lng kse and light dumbells allowed sken since may disc buldge ako. Pero grabe kse doc binagsak timbang ko from 69 to 60kg nlng ako now. NWala kse ung mga laman ko sa legs since bawal kse sken jogging, jumping, or running. Any advice Dr. Thank in advance
Best to consult muna ng isang medical doctor para siya ang mag recommend ng exercise na pwede gawin

Mass gainer and whey protein is a supplement. Support lang sila to reach your calories and protein. Mass gainer kung kulang kapa sa calories. Whey protein is kung kulang kapa sa protein. Para tumaba ka is need mo ng calories surplus yun lang yon hindi mo makukuha yung pag taba sa supplements.
Basta kaya mo naman bumili gumamit ka kasi advantage yan para mas lumaki ka kasi effective yan sure kasi mismong experto 😂😂
Yan gamit ng mga celebrity hirap mag Luto lalo na pag busy wag na tayo mag lokohan kahit mahal yan kaya yan gagamitin yan para gumanda katawan pag mahina ka kumain di ka talaga tataba sabayan mo supplement
Advice na ito para lang sa pandak ang height. Kung matangkad ka, mataas kailangan mo na calories. Kakain ka ng 6 to 7 meals per day (for me) kung di ako nag ma-mass gainer, okay yan kung wala ka trabaho at nasa bahay lang maraming oras sa luto at pag kain. Very close minded take mo coach na only applicable sa specific na tao.
