Sorry you've had that experience, I'm also not satisficed with the brand. I've heard horror stories about Hobie stiffing customers. Sad to see the downfall of a company who had the imagination to innovate.

@@medic29er I'm just hoping they didn't cut corners. I manage the pro angler owners group on Facebook. After what hobie told me a few years ago I've lost a lot of respect for them. Likely the reason why I haven't gotten a new hobie and bought my nitro.

The 360 is the best pedal drive kayak on the market.
@@BrandonBarton13 not hard to do with the competition. I’ll agree that it’s a good drive but IMO not worth the premium over the 180 or standard Mirage.
@@chazzman8206 ive had a hobie for over 10 years and been in the 360 since 2020. It doesnt even compare to the 180. Ultimate maneuverability

I’m on my second PA14. Why, because I wanted the 360 drive and my first PA14 didn’t have one. As a Hobie guy, after watching this video I feel the company wants to push me away from their products. I’m pretty much done with Hobie. Too much money for a name not enough innovation and features.
How about spending some $ on making it last and stop outsourcing to China. Pathetic that I have to use a V2 or rebuild a drive every season.
I come here to express my total disregard for the kayakers who own Hobie kayaks, as I have now contacted them and was informed that there will no longer be any Kayaks imported by the company. Looking at the comments here, everyone is talking about the kayaks and how they are going to let us down like this, without support or parts. You had an obligation to make an agreement with Hobie in the USA because the amount of kayaks you sold was much more than the sailboats that serve only one class of the Brazilian population that is most well-off. Hobie Brasil only became known for kayaks and not for sailboats here in Brazil.
Here is my total indignation with Vestergaard Comercio de Artigos Esportivos, Ltda (trade name Hobie Brasil) what a disappointment. I hope that Pacheco who left that company gets representation so he can sell Hobie Kayaks. Thank you Vestergaard Comercio de Artigos Esportivos, Ltda for your disregard for all Kayakers in Brazil.
Hobie I love your kayaks but nothing new no hobie outback 360 or something hope you guys have something good great for 2024
