- Embrilliance Essentials and StitchArtist will allow you to create cutting files in the SVG, Studio, FCM or PLT formats from the shapes in your applique embroidery designs. You can even set inflation values and save all of your shapes into one file at one time.

OMG! I was just wondering if I could do this - holy cow! Thanks!
Yes... I have been looking for this video.
So freakin cool!!!!! Can’t wait to try this on my Cricut Maker!
Can I use my Bernina cut tool to cut out the appliqué?
No reply yet after 4 years from Embrilliance. This is an important question.
When I open my svg file in Design Space, the edge of the shape are jagged and not smooth. Is there anyway to prevent this?
The SVG is created from an automatic trace of the stitches. If you need the SVG to be smoother use your graphic software to edit it
Do you have to have StitchArtist to do this?
Nicole this is Essentials
ok its says Essentials and StitchArtist so wanted to be clear. thanks!
Can these cutting files be used on Bernina cutwork tool?
Check your Bernina cutworm tool manual. The cutting file formats we save are SVG, FCM, Studio, SCUT4 & PLT. If your software can use any of these, you should be good!
Can I open pes file in this software?
Natalia Polina yes in Embrilliance Essentials. www.Embrilliance.com
Why has my svg gone so big?
In Embrilliance it is 2x3 inch and when I open in cricut design space it is 9x12 inches
I have this same experience and I don't understand why. I also see it happening w other programs as well, like Paint
@@bonniekinser9987 This seems to happen because SVG files require a size in the code that makes it default to that when opened, unless you resize it of course, and I guess Embrilliance doesn't add that in. The size does remain correct in Silhouette studio, but changes when you use the SVG format. I find it quite annoying also but now I just take notice of the size of my applique position and use that but also inflate it 2.5 mm. Hope that helps for the future.
If you set the DPI to “72” in the dialogue box that appears after selecting file save location, you will get the right cutting size when you upload the SVG to Design Space.
Ummm.... my Embrilliance program doesn't look like that at all.

Don’t understand why it won’t do the inside of my letters? It is only showing the outside edge of the appliqué but not inside of the letter cavities?? Does that make sense?
Your inflation may be set too high to create a logical hole. Reach out to support if you need assistance. Http://embrilliance.com/contact-us-2
@@Embrilliance it was set at 1.5 so I need to lower it?

@@Embrilliance I clicked the down arrow on the inflate box and it didn’t change the problem. I still have simulated appliqué showing in the center of my letter O and S
