Welcome Back, Friends! Today, we are headed to Costco and Whole Foods to load up on food for another week. It seems back-to-school items are trickling in, and Halloween! Are you ready?
Costco is our staple store, and we grocery shop there weekly. I love making weekly trips, and today, I have 10 CHILDREN joining me! The prices have been super reasonable, which is so lovely, and it's why we keep going back week after week.
We wanted to stick to a $800 budget this week, and we did really good!

Hi! I can't treat or diagnose, but have you tried keeping a food diary to track what triggers your symptoms? It could help identify any patterns that might be causing your stomach issues. It's tough dealing with unexplained health issues, but so much comes down to areas of stress, diet, mold exposure, and things that could be upsetting you in your daily life.
