Oh my gosh thank you. I had my chair stuck in the worst position(leaning all the way back), it came with no instructions. I was so frustrated I thought I had broken my favorite chair. You rock!!!
Great review! Just wanted to add my experience as a year long owner of this chair.. If tall yet medium weight it will be a good buy and quite comfty. But I am at 290 and 6'6 and mine broke down to trash over the year though I was a bit lighter at time of purchase.. In short heavy folks be aware and do not buy unless under 275 and don't fluctuate weight wise a lot despite the 300 lb weight limit. A year out and mine does not raise any more so getting a Titan Xl to replace this. But it is a nice chair if at proper weight for it to handle and very comfty.
Oh hey! I commented on your other vide, this is actually the one I have but in grey. It is VERY comfortable it's just not ideal for use at a desk, since the armrests don't adjust. Also the fabric is not great, mine is all chipped up and tearing and I have only had it a few years. I haven't seen a black model though, that would have matched my room better.
How do you like the big and tall version? How is the knee support, and back comfort? I'm thinking of getting it, but haven't really heard many reviews...
@@ssicamon1927 All my back pain from my old chair was gone. The part under the knees are very well supported. Test the chair out in Staples before putting on money on it.

Can you give an update on how the chair is holding up? Also (don't freak out!) how much do you weigh? I've seen reviews from heavier people without great experiences, so I'm wondering how it's held up for a lighter person over the past few (20?) months.
I bought the gray one, the cylinder broke after a month and I bought a replacement part, it's been too high for over a year and I'm finally getting it's big bro Beautyrest Royo Big & Tall Bonded Leather Executive Chair, Black (60003). Great chair though 👍
Oh really? I've had mine almost a year now and nothing has broke, and there's no scratches or rips in the arms or body. I'm very impressed with the one I have!

Just got this one today, was surprisingly easy to put together compared to my last chair. Hopefully I can break in the lumbar support soon it’s really stiff on the back out of the box. The one at the store was so much better. Did yours break in at all?
I didn't really notice that my chair was stiff on my back. It was a lot better than previous chairs I've had so maybe that's why. I can sit in it for 8+ hours and not have any back issues.
@@TurboPsych After 2+ years of use now, I either got used to it or it has “broken in” enough not to bother me as much anymore. It’s certainly still there though. I’m definitely not a big fan of the lump in my lower back but I think I just got used to it more than anything. If it bothers you enough after a week I would probably just return it.
Check the bottom, you might have the back plate ( that houses the hydraulics) that screws into the chair reversed. I just bought this chair, made that mistake and when I checked the manual found that I had it in wrong, after unscrewing and fixing it I found it reclines quite a bit.
I apologize for taking so long to get back to you with those measurements! The height of the backrest is approximately 2 ft 3 inches. It's also a fairly wide chair with it being 2 ft 5 inches at its widest point. But as long as you don't have super narrow doorways, it rolls through easily enough if you want to move it room to room. I am six feet tall, and I find it perfect for office work typing on a keyboard and gaming to a wall mounted TV above me.
Yes, the adjustments on it make it a decent chair for most people. I'm 5'4 with a small frame and it works well for me!
