Well Marc, it proves once again, that when all else fails, the popping cork with finger mullet or live shrimp will get em biting. Not a lot of folks realize that speckled trout are the most finicky of fish, and when they're hot, they're hot, and when they ain't they ain't!! Another great video Marc!!!!

I'm really surprised how calm it looks out there with all these storms we've had. We've just stayed at home because of the weather. My bad. However, we'll be out during the week days when very few are out or we'll hit x-mas bay in the 120 Salty's 🤟

We hit the split on Surfside Jetty this morning, May 15th at daylight & caught nothing, seen know one catch.
Then I slipped in on a rock & went deep into a hole! lol
We then went to Freeport Side because it looked good, water clean but nothing! Shrimp, finger mullet, plastics, everything.
A big 0 😂

I remember a while back you did some videos using slip pole floats for your jetty setup, but looks like you're back to the custom jetty cork? Curious if that is working better for you?
Multiple reasons. Dedicated setup/small spool line capacity/cost of corks.
