How To Get Perfectly Defined Curls!! Finger Coil Tutorial

- This is a tutorial of how to finger coil your curls. The technique reduces frizz, defines curls, and evens out curl pattern. If you want perfectly defined elongated curls try out this method. My hair type is 3b/3c but it works on many different hair types the curls will just come out looser or tighter. More curl tutorials coming!!
side note:
this may be harder for damaged hair, just use more products or hair with layers.

@@imthatbee2024 cut ur hair adm you can do some research to help ur hair depending on if its heat damage, breakage, split ends. i used olaplex and it really help, but it is expensive. dont use bad hair products, i recommend shea moisture, or mielle

@@imthatbee2024i also use hair masks before washing my hair like masks for dry hair i use hair conditioner and you can also use a leave in conditioner
use the leave in after youre finished with washing ofc
Tested the method on my dry curls, just to make sure I got it right, and even without any moisture this helped smooth it out! 😲
Doing it with moisture now and OMG these are the smoothest most beautiful curls I've ever had. 😍
Even tho I have natural curly hair, I do this because it's fun

I have "pharmacy straight hair" as my mom says, since I had keratin treatments for years when I was a child and I didn't know how to take care of my wavy hair. Now I have straight hair but the roots have some unruly waves and I can't do that anymore and I don't want to cut my hair either since it's too long now. 💔

It's called "finger rolling", you can add more fingers if you have bigger curls 🤎
I do that with just one finger... Don't understand the fuzz😅😅
Just a lil' question. If you have already curly hair and you do this after the shower, won't it damange your existing hair? Cz it is supposed to have a different shape and instead of supporting that shape by scrunching, we make a perfect curl out of it.

wait how do you go up without it frizzing/getting caught? I've tried this a couple times before and my fingers just won't slide up my hair. does it need to be wetter/more moisturized? if it makes a difference I have 3a/3b hair and have never dyed it and only straighten it once every couple years

If you have natural straight and sleek hair there is no way you can get curly hair.
