Believe me, it would require lot of engineering to be reliable, for instance can you imagine it's clutch and clutch plates to last at least 100k kms with this kind of power? It's way different to fit racing clutch and transmission to a gt3rs or gt2rs where they use carbon ceramic materials, but you it's not something you would like to have in a car built for comfort and long hauling the highways since those clutches are hard as a rock. And also this automatic shifts faster than anybody would with manual transmission.

No. With so many horsepower it would be problem. And I don't think a manuar gearbox would suit this. It's not an M4
