I have an i7 11700f and 4060, CS 2 produces 170-220 fps on both ultra and low settings, besides, in online games like CS Battlefield 4060 never loads more than 60-70%, and in offline games like cyberpunk 92- 98% (the processor is always loaded at 30-50%), this is problem?
I have a i7 12700h and the same gpu and i get 130-230 fps in fortnite performance mode, something goes wrong here (the 5800x3d is like 8% higher in performance than my cpu on user benchmark)
so that depends on your budget , your motherboard , and the cpu combatibility but if you are free to take go ahead and take a ddr5 cause its faster than drr4
i will prefer the 4070 or even the rx 6700xt first of all because of the vram and second of all rtx 4060 is struggling to produce 60fps in newly released games even at 1080p . I hope it helps 🤗

But this card is designed for 1080p resolution gaming also very highly recommended a 32 gb ram and atleast i5 13th gen for the full potential for the gpu
@TheTTony444 8gb vram effects on higher resolutions so if you do 1440p it's not the greatest. Example last of us pc port has a vram target if it goes over the amount you have in your gpu card it goes to your ram and it tanks performance

Don't use performance Mode, DX11 or 12 is better with the 4060
Don't expect desktop performance from a laptop

I would not think about 1440p with rtx 4060 tbh. The card only has 8gb Vram and it was originally created to only play with 1080p resolution.
I recommend to you to play 1080p and get the i5 13400f almost same price and 15% faster and more cores for multitasks
