I bought an original 3ds when I was around 12 too. It was my first personal console (my family had a Wii) and my first device of any sort (I didn’t have a phone). I gave great memories of it. Unfortunately I sold it, but I recently got a New 3ds xl, so it’s kind of come full circle. Thanks for showing off you collection!

Highly recommend getting a Oled 3G Vita and modding it with the PSVSD and SD2Vita mods. And two 1.5TB Sd Cards and of course a regular PS Vita Memory card would make it have a TON of storage for games.
I lost my animal crossing n3ds, got it during my trip to Japan, region locked. It was so cute and I miss it. The case not being smooth was unique, I liked the texture.
Totally agree about the Switch not really being portable. Its beautiful but I wouldn't feel comfortable traveling with it. I still have my original green screen Gameboy's which I adore (and they both still work yay!). I also have my Sega Gamegear and I recently picked up a New 3DS XL. I love your collection! I wish some new handheld's came out, there is still a huge market for it.

omg i owned the metallic pink game boy advance when i was younger as well as the pink metallic ds lite, i miss them so much, my ds has broken buttons so it’s unplayable but i still have it and my game boy advance went missing 😭
i couldnt tell you my favorite ds game since theres like 1000 BANGERS on the system BUT i could tell you one of my favs is monster tale if youre looking for a metroidvania

I remember wanting one so much when they were out, I really wish I'd bought one then as they were only around £120 - now they are so so expensive and I still want one! I'm sure I'll cave eventually though, it's really the prettiest console along with the animal crossing switch! 💗

I have an original OLED Vita from when it first came out. I lived in Japan at the time so mine is silver. I don't now if that version came out anywhere else. Also picked up a purple/pink Gameboy micro with the box in great condition used while I was there. I love those old devices.

The only Nintendo system I had growing up that was my own (my dad has the original Nintendo game system from when he was a kid and would play with me) was my hot pink DSi I got when I was about eight. I took it with me everywhere for years! My most played game on it is probably the Carnival Games one that came with tons of mini games. Last year I fulfilled my childhood dream of having a 3DS so I could play all the games I never got to like Animal Crossing New Leaf and Tomodachi Life and got myself a galaxy New 3DS XL... I've played so much New Leaf since then lol I really enjoyed looking at your collection! It makes me want to expand my own but everything is so expensive now lol
@@lunamoor well, it's sorta hard to get it because i want one that's never been opened because i want to ensure it's in perfect condition, and I've never had AR Cards so this should solve that problem! but it is kinda expensive, and it seems like i'm only getting it at the start of next month... (that's actually 3 years after I got my current system!)

PSP yes, the others not really (there are ways on 3Ds but they’re not reliable and hard modding isn’t accessible anymore). I do have a Gameboy player on my GameCube though, so I could use that to stream gb/gba
I have the Pikachu 2DSXL and man, since the prices have shot WAY up on practically every Nintendo 2DSXL/3DS family consoles, I really regret not buying any Zelda version or the Solgaleo and Lunala 3DS console.
I was very upset when I found out none of the new 2ds xl special editions came to the US. I would’ve found a way to buy that Animal Crossing New 2ds xl so fast 😭💖

It might just be me, but if things in you collection don't belong to you, then I wouldn't count them in your collection at all. Just because a device exists in the same home I live in with someone else, doesn't make it mine.
