I have a question: Is it true that if you use questionnaires that have been used in published studies, you do not have to perform measurement model analysis. You can go straight to the structural analysis? Do you agree with that?

No, measurement model analysis is required.
Can this be done for ranking type questionnaire! If so what modifications to be done!!!
No ranking questionnaire need to be organised first. You may first read some material on analyzing ranking data.
