@@researchwithfawad Sir, a few of my items have more than one responses. For example, Where do you have your social media accounts on? I have coded all the social networking sites as 1,2 or 3. Therefore, some replies are like this 1,2,3. So when i convert the excel file into CSV, and run it on smart pls, the results are giving me an error. I tried removing the commas yet its giving me an error! Please guide if possible. Regards.
