"Life's beauty lies in its impermanence". Taking the first portion of this to ponder upon the description. I like the idea of reaching out toward welcoming vulnerability in your music in contrast to the fear associated with your past works and think it'll help you branch out to other themes. The start is pretty self explanatory and tells of a person opening up to another. The second part is really well defined and describes the sense of nakedness one feels while opening themselves like a book to their partner. "do you hate what you find?" is indicative of anxiety and fear. This reminds me of the dancing bird metaphor I've used before. The next part ending in "salvation, in your eyes" is very usual for the recently engaged. I'd argue this goes perfectly for the story. Young people fall quickly into this stage and feel that "salvation" relies upon their partner. This could also indicate a sort of dependance on their partner's acceptance. The portion following it indicates a pass of time, similar to a fast forward within film, where the two have gotten to know each other better and "grow together". The "roots like veins" could very well be shared memories formed. The second half of this portion shows that the partner has also opened themselves up to vulnerability, "you're broken too". The second to last portion has already been accessed. The final two lines aren't portrayed as if they're for anyone other than the narrator. As if she's telling herself she's never had to be beautiful and that she hopes she can be beautiful since she's betrothed now, presumably for the first time. This line also indicates anxiety of not meeting expectations. As for the subject of Love it is a good thing. Thinking on the subject reminds me of a scene in The Little Prince (the scene I want to reference is at 3:10 on the youtube video titled "The Little Prince 1974 (3/8)"), but the child in it describes how I feel quite effortlessly. Love lost can have dire consequences. Recently pondered upon the question; Is it worse to have mourned the lose of a friend or to have to watch your friend mourn? I surely love my friend, but it couldn't have matched the love he felt for his wife. The grief can be world destroying. Same can be said for parents who've lost children. Sovereigns who've lost regiments. The loss of love has lead to works of art and the destruction of nations.

Being a man who's grown as a person because I was shown love, it can happen. It didn't matter though, been years alone now.
This one hit me pretty hard, still enchanting though. I'd listen to you sing my pains any time.
