    You have to enjoy strenuous workouts because you can only keep your gains for a short while if you ever let up. In other words you can become a prisoner of your own "healthy" routine once you start. At 80 I try to move around a bit to keep the blood flowing, but I find a big loose shirt can hide a multitude of sins and gives me time to enjoy my leisure years doing things I actually like to do. Don't recommend getting caught up in the concept of "abs" to the detriment of the rest of your life.
