British Airways do have their problems now and then and I have suffered a few delays but not as long as this one. I am sure other Airlines also have difficulties and to be honest.. I swear by British Airways.. One of the safest Airlines on the planet.. nice clean planes inside and out.. Staff very professional and you can even interact and have a laugh. BA pilots are trained to the hilt and that is why I always feel safe. British Airways are also welcoming.. Funny enough I am travelling to Prague on Sunday with BA and looking more forward to the flight than anything else haha.. Great video here!
I flew them again this July and things went a lot smoother :D. Not sure what happened last year when I flew them but I’m glad they’re ironing things out. Lol

I flew in Summer 2018 to New York City via London (LHR) and started in Hamburg, Germany. I had a good experience with British Airways, now an upcoming flight in March to London.
A few cocktails would have made your bumpy ride a bit more enjoyable! Yes, I have been to Athens 3 times when TWA used to fly in and out of there, of course, I am sort of dating myself, but that is ok! No, I have not flown British but from what I have heard so far, I don't want too! The problem though is that they fly nonstop from Phoenix to London so that might pose an issue but their are many alternatives!!!!! Thanks for sharing!
