Well done. Thank you. I've been pretty impressed by the Microsoft tool honestly, and I think MSFS is rapidly catching up with XP11 for procedures to the point that it is a valid tool for procedure practice as much as XP11 at this point.
Just remember if you want to do a "cold and dark" startup at one of the gates, changing an imported simbrief flightplan may cause some annoying issues. I've grown some extra grey hairs with dealing with these issues 😅
Great video, Mr. G! If you could talk in your next video, about the reasons why or why not to use World View, SimBrief, or LNM then that would be very helpful. Some planes, A320NX, WT CJ4, third-party, etc., require Sim Brief. But, new users (myself) can be lead on the wrong path quickly and then get overwhelmed. Your insight would be helpful! Most of this for me is the dreaded ILS approach selection and doing it correctly in the MCDU, every time. There's nothing worse than manually flying in because the ILS approach is broken.
If I am correct, most airlines have dispatchers, and their job is helping to make flight plans. The flight dispatcher and PIC (usually the captain) work together, and are both responsible for whatever happens with the flight plan. Whatever they make gets submitted to the aviation administration that is local. This might be incorrect, but this is what I've read before.

It’s not thanksgiving yet, but this year, I’m thankful for you.

Hi! Well let me asking how I can control the A320 in the panel using a keyboard and mouse
I think that, thanks to this video, I'll start to fly the 320 more often... Thanks P!
Superb Tutorial thanks a million.
Great video, Mr. G!

You don’t need Simbrief for the WT CJ4. Skyvector works great for the routing, access to airfield charts really helps though.
Isn't there a video that's way recent?? I'm having issues with planning in the A320 Leap Neo... Thanks.
Thank you!
Thanks for putting this together! Are you planning on using the stock aircraft or the free FlyByWire mod?
I have the same question as I think most of us are using the A32NX. And it’s systems are well beyond the stock version
It wont allow me an ILS report only auto or VORDME-B i set it up step by step like you
All Planes are blighted by changes to Flight Plans. It's an Asobo problem and needs a Hotfix.
Just curious, how do pilots IRL create flight plans?
