- THIS IS A MOCKUP OF A LEAKED, MID-DEVELOPMENT BUSCH GARDENS WILLIAMSBURG ROLLER COASTER. Some assumptions have had to be made to create this video. Please read our full article about the attraction for more information. Link: bgwfans.com/?p...
So excited to see DarKastle being used! I have been itching to get back in there! Crossing my fingers it has a Ludwig theme.
how bizarre, good use of space though! Great work as always
Brilliant...! Exactly what I was looking for
That switch track mechanism is really impressive especially for a family coaster
Verbolten has entered the chat
Verbolten is a much bigger attraction than this
@@dawgebredd I still consider it a family coaster and whats so special about a switch track on a family coaster
@@eelovfx9200 i mean , family coasters are mostly off the shelf rides for parks and they dont put much effort in them so seeing an indoor family coaster with 2 launches and a double switch track is pretty fascinating
@@dawgebredd Firechaser Express at Dollywood has one too. Hagrids, Verbolten. Doesn't the Mummy at Universal have one too? Expedition Everest. All family coasters.
I can safely say construction is underway as a side door was open and visible from the park. You could hear sounds of construction and see construction lights on
Congratulations BGW fans on predicting exactly what the park was getting next year including the name the right type layout and the color of the track and trains.
This would make sense. As far as I know the Darkastle is still there. just blocked off. and the coaster could go into the castle if they re do the interior. all in all this seems like it could be legit and would be a cooool successor to Darkastle. I know the ride may not have aged well. but when I was a kid we LOVED the Darkastle ride. it really made you feel like you were somewhat on a coaster.
and water spray was always a W. Pompeii, the old Irish magic box ride, and Darkastle.
It’s crazy how accurate this is to the announcement video it looks like you pretty Much narrowed it down exactly except for you know the projections which I hope means the right experience a little more special than what he makes it look like
Track has arrived on location
Pretty cool
Dam i never the plan was already out
Should have just build another dark ride, park has enough coasters.
I totally agree. Dark Castle was fun. I was hoping they'd put some other dark ride in there like they did with Corkscrew Hill.
@@yimmajazzi What was Corkscrew hill?
@QDude24 that new VR ride is what Corkscrew Hill is now. It used to be about leprechauns and banshees you were shrunk down and put in a matchbox and you rode on a Pucca's back. For a while after that it was some tour of Europe airplane simulation thing. Then they changed it to that VR ride about fairies. IDK what it's called now but before it was Corkscrew Hill it was Questor. That was a fun one. I don't remember much of it because I was a kid but it was about a wizard. They still have the swirly designs in the ride queue and markings on the floor where the animatronics were if you look real close while you're in line you can spot the remnants of it. That was like back in the 90's.
You can never have enough roller coasters lol
Agree 100%
This coaster will be completely indoors? Hence why the name is “dark”?
Seems like this is gonna be called The Pegasus or my little pony!
I don't think BGW has the Hasbro license
Great even the new indoor rides are roller coasters now. I feel they're just going too roller coaster crazy, there hasn't been anything new in this park for people who don't like roller coasters in over like 15 years.
lmao you predicted the color of the trains
IF YOU CAN'T TELL US THE THEMING DON'T BOTHER PUTTING THIS UP. DON'T BE A BABA BOOEY
Looks like garbage!
It’s a family coaster geez
Booooooo! Waste of money and time
You do realize they need rides for younger audiences right?
@@avantuurarchitecture4958 They have Invadr, and just looking at it I know its going to be a no themed ride with heavy metal music in a empty space that once held a far superior ride. All the architecture will remain the same and will be overly themed for the ride itself. Unfortunately Bush Gardens and Sea World entertainment have gotten way to conservative since the stupid blackfish documentary they will have their attractions watered down as cheap as they can. Look at Pantheon for example a Greek Mythology themed ride with little to no theming.
@@johnwaffleh2p70 parks need less thrilling rides for all ages some kids maybe don’t want to go on a wooden coaster or they also want to try there first launch coaster. You need a majority of both family and thrill rides
