    Congrats on the video! I have a doubt regarding the change of guard. For example, when we are in a fourth and the right foot forward, we are going to make a parry in third, we complete the parry bringing the left foot forward. Or the change of guard is a movement on its own?

      Hola JC. Thank you for the Congrats. I believe the CoG is the name for the specific action of bringing your left leg to the front while pivoting on your right foot thus changing your aspect in regards to your opponent. The type of parry is situational before the Change and should generally include an Overbind/Atajo for security before commencing. The step forward usually results in a Disarm/Conclusión and the step back to prevent one to yourself. In short the equation would be. Parry, Overbind, Change of Guard, Disarm. En Español= Quite, Atajo, Cambio de Guardia, Conclusión. Hope this helps.
