I think it’s a shame that so many people now complain about how they’re “bored” of niacinamide and how they want something more exciting. Skincare ingredients and science aren’t fast fashion! If something works really well, it shouldn’t be considered “out of style.”

Yes, totally agreee! This is ingredient with proven with tons of body evidence and cheap to formulate! I'll take it with confidence 😂 I hear about people complain a lot about how "ubiquitous" this ingredient now in cosmetic, well it is a business after all. Company will sell what sells. I practice simple minimalist targeted routine, I guess that's why I don't bother much.

I don't really go out of my way to look for niacinamide focused serums just because it's in every product nowadays (usually 2%) even though I do appreciate how versatile and unfussy it is. I wasn't aware that the cosrx dual snail essence has 5% niacinamide so I think I'll give it a go after I'm done with my snail 96.

Niacinamide is great, but it is in a lot of things. When charting out my a.m./p.m. routines, I try to note which products contain that ingredient and spread them out evenly. After having Rewind on my list for the last two years, I finally got a bottle and am enjoying it so far. The finish is just what I like and my skin responds well to DMAE.

Hi Kelly my skin actually reacts well to niacinamide, which when you consider just how reactive my extremely dry, menopausal, rosacea and eczema prone skin is, you have to understand how rare that is with "actives". Whilst it will tolerate 10% in a serum, there is now niacinamide in so many products I tend to steer clear of the higher percentages (so as not to overdo it). I use 15% azelaic acid prescription for my rosacea and some retinaldehyde for "well aging", but I wanted something for pigmentation to add in. My skin will not tolerate vitamin c at all (even the derivatives don't work on my skin), but it will tolerate alpha arbutin. I'm therefore using the BofJ glow deep serum with niacinamide and alpha arbutin and my skin seems to like it fine. It's a pleasant hydrating serum and I'm hopeful with continued use to see some enhanced brightening/fading of freckles (which have darkened with aging). It's perhaps a more gentle pick than the T'iam version shown, as it has less percentage of niacinamide yet still offers the alpha arbutin I wanted. These serums from BofJ are relatively inexpensive for the formulation offered and are a nice addition to a skincare routine. Best wishes.

I use the Beauty of Joeson Ginseng Essence Water daily, which includes 3% niacinamide. The Vegreen Nature Mucin Serum also contains niacinamide, and it’s a non-animal source of mucin. Plus, I just started using the BoJ Glow Deep serum, which contains niacinamide with rice and alpha-arbutin.

During the festivities I found a great bundle by Paula's Choice: the 2% bha toner (which I love and was going to buy anyway) together with the 10% niacinamide serum. I'm so excited to try it! I’m going to try the Tiam Pore Minimizing 21 Serum. (I found that by researching their 10% serum). It has 20% niacinamide like the Paula’s Choice, but it’s $19 instead of $52. I’ve been wanting to try PC forever, but that is pricy for a basic serum. I know doctors say 20% is way too much, but those of us with large, oily pores are desperate!😏

The OG snail doesn't have niacinamide but the dual essence has 5% which kind of elevates the original formula with some well-aging and brightening benefits. I like them both, OG for skin health and calming, the Dual Radiance for brightening. Just depends on what your skin goals are!

@@flixbix11211 when it comes to egfs u basically just have to make sure they are the first thing going into your skin ... Maybe a light spray like a thermal water will be fine at first but it cants get into your skin if their is anything blocking it ... I love neogenesis recovery ... And then when u let it sink in you put on your moisturizer
Also many do not recommend to use it on the same nights as any vitamin a products
