I remember watching this for the first time and thinking " surely if they're sexual deviants, they'll have to mention it at a first timers panel". After Uncle Kage said that bit about "sex", I found myself rethinking my opinion about furries entirely (sure it was in humor, but it had some seriousness in his tone). I stopped and thought "Gee, maybe these guys don't really do all that kinda stuff people on the internet talk about. Maybe they kinda find it annoying or try to ignore it" I can gladly say that I've been a furry since 2011 and that I look forward to staying a furry for the rest of my life. Big thanks to Uncle Kage for setting things straight for me.

I'm glad to be a furry, I dont focus on the negatives of today as much, I'm in a chat with some chill people, and in general, I'm happier than I was before I became a furry. I domt see it changing anytime soon.
Anthrocon is the biggest one, Eurofurence is the best :D All the big ones are in US: Anthrocon, Further Confusion, Midwest FurFest, FWA, etc etc ConFurence is something from the 90es.

I preregistered with my mom on Thursday (May 29th) so we got in, just in time. She isn't super into the fandom, but seems to understand it more than anyone else in my family. I am getting back into furries and i would like to see about going to AC in the next few years, any exact artists that i should visit, booths i should purchase from, or events that happen annually that i should see?

depends on how much u want to spend on a suit. With dragons I highly recommend clockwork creatures or beastcub. Both are rather high in the price range-but the quality of the suits are unparalleled happy suiting and may there always be wind under your wings :)

Some pretty good advice here. I'm going to Confuzzled at the end of May and I'd totally be glomping and scratching all the fursuiters if it weren't for Uncle Kage's advice. I'll be sure to stroke very gently now so as not to damage the suits.

Try watching some of the furry artist RUclips channels like unimaginatively unimaginative. Alot of them post videos that can help you learn to draw characters
Febreeze and carpet shampoo work well but it depends on how it was made some suits can go in a washing machine like regular clothing and some require special cleaning products and procedures because of fragile materials

if i get more than 4 hours of sleep i'm tired (typically i have 4 or less hours of sleep). also my immune system is freaking strong (haven't been sick in 7 years) hand sanitizer is not healthy and hurts your immune system....the only reason to use it is if your a doctor/surgeon/nurse etc

It took me a while but I've started to noticeably improve after watching some of the artist tutorial videos
And also try drawing different types of characters (species,full body,headshots ect.) It will help you tremendously
