Thank you! I like to keep it dark in the videos to get the right mood. Normally when I work I got lights on besides when I do something that is sensitive for temperature, like quenching high carbon steel. Then I turn the lights off so I can see the temperature/color on the working piece.
All of that work to support a single candle and the light it makes! It is a fine decorative piece.
Thank you!
Very cool and astonishing project! Again, it is a joy to watch your skill and precision! Wishing all the best!🙂

You got some skills
Thank you very much!
It's always a pain to do two handed actions on steel when you're alone. How do you hold the steel? You put the tongs between your legs?
Yes, I use my legs. I also got an adjustable holder that holds my tongs that I use when needed.
@@lufolkcrafts alright. It does take quite a bit of practice to hold steel really flat on an anvil while only squeezing with your legs 😅
@@jeanladoire4141 it does, but it is very handy so definitely worth it 😀
@@lufolkcrafts yup ! Tho i know the guy from Officina Ferraria (the yt channel) has a weighted chain he puts on the steel to stabilize it.
@@jeanladoire4141 there are many ways to hold it all with pros and cons but they all got its place.
