    Decent job, but I would mention "ratio" too. Slow to the catch, gathering, then drive. 2:1. Also, Concept 2 is the place to go for coaching on the Concept 2 rower. "Rowing" for rowers = best results on this machine.

    Damn, that was TERRIBLE technique at first. He's a hell of a coach…. Wonder why all those lvl1's never caught how bad it was to begin with…..
    I'd be kinda pissed to be trained incorrectly… No wonder they are adding more levels to the crossfit certificates.
