Great interview John wholly fun and entertaining. Saw the Meatloaf band in Vancouver when they toured this album, still one of the best bands I ever had the pleasure to see.

Meat doesn’t get enough credit, Jim & Todd’s efforts would have been nowhere without Meat Loaf’s stellar performances. It’s sad to hear how he was so under appreciated. His fans have always known Meat is the heart and soul of all of it. We adored Meat Loaf and accepted Kasim as one of the all time greats, They are on stage connecting to us in the most terrific way possible and fills us with awe. Crying as I write, will miss him forever.

Nice interview. He's a likeable guy, and I share his frustration about his name. My name is Michel Brassard and a proud french Canadian. When we immigrated to Ontario, I was called Michael, Mikel, Mike , and variations thereof. Michel = Michelle (phonetically close to my first name). When I was 6 years old in Montréal my last name being Brassard, and my nickname was Brassiere ( upseting to a young boy) Today the reference to being called a boob man would not bother me at all. 50 years later, I am now 100% bilingual and still introduce myself as Michel (phonetically Michelle). Whether Kasim or Michel, that our names and we wear it proudly, in fact not unlike you Mr. Beaudin. Keep up the good work!
