      Thank you so much! I think that there are so few comments because he wasn’t exactly a household name.
      He however should have been. Agreed? great for having sex. At least try it that way too hunderstorms can do wonders I wish we were having a good storm in an NYC even though my fiancé is on tour in France right now and will be for another month. But I have a toy that will help me keep whatever mind I have left thank goodness
      Peace out I have something important to take care of.

    How anybody could even write Bat out of Hell blows my mind. And it's funny, he's says "how did I come up with that?" But he did. True Legend!

    • @matthewphilip1977
      @matthewphilip1977 7 месяцев назад

      Yeah, it's fascinating. Incredible song. But when he explains the process, it becomes a bit less incredible (although not less great). Title first. Some words. More words. Opening riff borrowed from Jailhouse Rock. All his other influences. Work at it. Work at it some more. Get Meat. Get producer. Shape it. Shape it some more. Etc. Still a monumental acheivement though. Up there with Bohemian Rhapsody as a piece of art, something way more than a rock song.

    God I love this man he was the best and prolific songwriter ever, not write for Meat Loaf but many others. A few things are he wrote are Left in the Dark Again (my particular favorite, which Barbra Streisand sang beautifully,
    Others this great man wrote are
    Making Love out of nothing at All recorded by Air Supply
    He was also very talented musically and he sang like an angel. He was a genius, gone too soon, for sure. There won’t be another like him or Meat either
    REst In In Love, My Babys
    Miss u both,

    The multi billion dollar music industry back in the 70's made "Bat Out Of Hell" happen. Let's be thankful for that, and let's agree that it must never happen again!

    Absolutely LOVE these intimate insights by legends of music. So so many people whom lived their lives thru certain songs don’t realize those songs were conceived and arranged by people like Steinman.
    These behind the scenes heroes of music are the magic of our lives as humans.

    His mind ran at lightspeed. He was genuinely gifted and he used those gifts to spread joy and emotion to 0:00 millions of people. Meatloaf and him were absolutely matched set. Hopefully they are collaborating in Heaven
