the quality, content and genuine nature of this channel is unrivalled. I don't even own a Toyota and enjoy this channel immensely. No click bait, no gimmicks, no over the top BS - those other content creators know who they are. Keep up the amazing work.
Me too! Love his show. It makes me want to buy an older model Toyota or lexus. I have a 2006 crown victoria that I love showing attention to but Toyota and lexus are luxury!
Here in the Netherlands everyone is glued to the TV for the soccer championship, but I'm settling down to watch this. Your LS content is one of my favourites on RUclips so please keep it coming!
AMD, The car looks excellent so keep the LS 430 videos coming. I am confident 1,130,000 subscribers will agree you are doing a fine job choosing content for the videos.😉😉 I hope those who can make it to the meet have a great day. 🥳🥳
Like watching a movie with lots of flashbacks. Also, that rooster crow thing; That was the first indication that you were not a Chicago native. Your mastery of the English language is extraordinary ! ! Your life story from war torn Iraq, to one of America's most respected and loved Toyota technicians, with over one million followers on RUclips is worthy of a book or even a movie.
Don't dream of selling it. It will outlast most other cars, and still be a great drive for many years. I've been driving LS430s for 16 years and my present one is 24 years old. European Spec. with air suspension and soft close doors. Wish I could make it across the Atlantic to your meet, have a great time with the enthusiasts. Thanks for the videos.
i got a shade dungeon that has no ventilation and smells like garbage and sewage lol the bad part if one had a literal tree though is you dont want tree debris on your car either
For longevity, I annually apply silicone di-electric grease to the weatherstrip. Smear it on and let it soak in so to speak and wipe off the excess. Do this and it will keep it from ever cracking or getting dry. Most car manufacturers recommend this in the owners manual. The LS looks great!
Film all you are going to do. Then the final reveal. I have enjoyed watching this project. I also now own an LS 430 the 2006 one. Mine has 162,000 miles on it.
Another video replacing the shocks a rear struts please, I need to do it to mine. Would appreciate to have a guide on how too! Thank you for your videos!
the pearl iridescent looks so amazing on this vehicle! AMD, you've knocked it out of the park with this one.. just amazing! Jason and his team did a remarkable job also. Let's see the remainder of the fixes and a drive in the final product.
Film the last steps! I need to have a library of content that will serve as a guide for anything I chose to do to my own "low mileage" LS430 (only 170K).
First of all, you are an amazing person in too many ways to list. Great to see the amazing journey fixing up your beautiful Lexus. Wishing you all the happiness and success!
Of course I want to see all the work you put into this car!!! 😇 Hands down my favorite car on RUclips and I have learned so much for my own UCF30 LS430.
As the original owner of a 2006 Mercury Metallic Custom Luxury LS430 with 21k rust-free Southern California desert miles on the clock, I want to first give a huge thank you to you AMD, your camera tech Jose, and your professional detailer Jason for this invaluable video series. PLEASE continue to share the additional updates to this amazing car with us, from springs/struts to front windshield, etc., so we can continue to learn, and enjoy, how repairs and maintenance on this best-ever Lexus are correctly performed. I just wish I was geographically closer to your shop, I would fully trust you with maintaining my "baby"! Thanks again, your channel is outstanding. 👍
Amazing work from beginning to end. Testament to you and your teams skill and dedication and sadly a forgotten mindset by many including manufacturers of automobiles. This Lexus is incredible.
Love the content. I always look forward to a new video of yours and the attention to detail of this series has made me love your channel and work even more. Keep the content coming.
masahllah its beyond words what has been done to this car i watched each episode of this car and yes indeed its a remarkable journey indeed keep up the good work comming
I vote for keeping the LS430 videos coming, as far as this car has come it would be a shame to miss seeing videos of the remaining few things left to be done to the LS430. I am beyond impressed with the care and quality of the LS430 video series so far, and honestly cant believe that is the same car that was at the start of this series. AMD your channel is amazing and all your work is beyond incredible in my opinion. I thank you for all the videos and your work is out of this world. This LS430 is all the proof anyone would need to see to know how well you can not only fix a vehicle but also how well you and your shop and employees can literally work miracles with some vehicles.
I vote to see the repairs of the car until the very end. I have an 2005 LS430 so I’m a bit biased on my reasoning. I have enjoyed this series of the restoration of the LS430 and I have learned so much for the restoration of mine. Let’s see the final repairs please.
This channel makes me feel better about my obsession with my truck. I’m a doctor and not a mechanic, but I’ve done every maintenance and repair needed on my 2000 tundra, including steering rack, LBJs, and radiator mostly because I don’t trust anyone else touching my truck.
It's been an amazing process so far. You've turned a wrecking yard candidate into a gorgeous road going classic. I hope you'll film those last punch list items, it's definitely worth the effort, and will be a pleasure to watch.
Thank you AMD. I hope to visit your shop and your LS430 with my LS430 Identical color scheme mine is an 04 with 219,000 miles my daily driver here in Omaha which I keep up to the best of my ability and with the Lexus dealer (s) help and it is worth all of the effort I never get tired of this car it is something special and I appreciate your channel and efforts and I tell all my car friends to watch your channel your efforts on everything you so is very inspiring p s the Dealer did my seals on all of the doors and no matter how many times I take it in for what have you I get a loaner but the new ones arent like my old one so Im always happy to get my car back so I understand your devotion and you did it all to yours and I am amazed and happy they are all available to watch not a spot on that car did you not fix- clean-renew-replace its truly an amazing restoration reminds me so much of the Duesenberg Restorer and Expert Randy Ema and as far as I am concerned these LS models deserve all the Love possible
I remember Jason from Chicago Auto Pros doing the initial interior cleaning. Did Jason and Chicago part ways? Excellent job on this Lexus LS 430. Thanks for bringing us along.
Man, as a guy who love to watch car restoration content, it's a huge proud and honor to be a viewer of the fisrt episode of the series at that time, seeing a man like you will work on this lovely car made me sure that it will be the best RUclips series ever.. And after finishing it, it's ABSOLUTELY with no doubts THE BEST RUclips SERIES EVER! I really really hope you keep doing this kind of works (Car Restorations) which you are awesome in it.. All The Best🙏
Yes I can’t get enough of this car. Just watching your calm , professional, fearless and respectful manner is therapeutic for me. Keep the videos coming. I have a 2017 LS460 and this is very relevant for me.
oh man you should of used a rubber wheel like the detail guy! Also charcoal lighter fluid (naphthalene) works wonders! I used a white eraser and lighter fluid to get the glue off after I debadged my toyota
you accomplished something absolutely amazing. I think you can wrap it up get to the conclusion. But congratulations for your work. a real pleasure to look at your videos
I would love to go to your cars and coffee. I live in California though so I won’t be able to make it. I have a 2007 LS460L with 190,000 miles. Congratulations on getting yours sorted. Enjoy and I hope your little event turns out nicely. As for the future of the LS430 videos. If you post it, I’ll watch.
There is no substitute for true craftsmanship and experience. Its refreshing to see professionalism. Its becoming a lost art in a world of forgotten service and protocol. Most people will never understand or appreciate the talent and artistery it takes to make the end result look so refreshing. I applaud you and your team for an extraordinary job done well.
Film the whole works as this LS430-plus all the videos-will serve as its deep-dive transformations from a beat-up vehicle to its current museum-quality masterpiece.
As an LS430 owner who watches this series wanting to do largely the same thing as you, I love watching the detailed stuff. Keep up the great work! I also enjoy all the content of your channel.
Looks awesome! I got my 2016 Camry ceramic right after I bought it new. The paint still looks new 8 years later. No scratches and no swirls. Paint still smooth like glass.
I'd like to see the backup camera and steering shaft done in another video! It looks so great and I'd watch any video featuring this car! I wish I was in your area, I'd come to the meet with all 3 of our family Toyotas.

The best humble mechanic on RUclips by far. 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸🇬🇧🇺🇸
What about the humble mechanic lol
Don’t trust people who try to be too humble man..
There’s only one Humble Mechanic. That’s Charles for this don’t know. 😊
Remember, in America, the American flag comes first!🇺🇸

I own an LS430, and i plan to keep it until the wheels fall off. So my vote is yes, keep up with the LS430 content.
Considering this LS has 600000 miles and the wheels have been abused yet still immaculate, the sun will be a cinder before then.
the quality, content and genuine nature of this channel is unrivalled. I don't even own a Toyota and enjoy this channel immensely. No click bait, no gimmicks, no over the top BS - those other content creators know who they are. Keep up the amazing work.
You should get a Toyota for your next car 😉
I agree!
@@iabarreraI agree I bought my first toyota last year a tacoma trd off road absolutely love it.

Gorgeous! Toyota needs to give you some kind of award for all this restoration! Lets see the back-up camera install too!

At this point, this LS 430 belongs in a museum.
A super stunner. Dream to watch this complete rebuild. Bushyboy Oz.
It’s kinda in one😉
Upon may be right …..but if I did all this work to it I would want to enjoy it and drive it…..but only on nice days not rain or snow.
We’d love to see the restoration process 👊🏼
She’s a beaut, AMD! She’s a beaut! I’d love to see the last remaining restoration process.
Part3 please! AMD we have come this far, let's go the rest of the way. Love restoration like this. The fun and the pain of it all. love it!
Ahmed, you are not “just a mechanic” you are the guiding light to all of us shade tree wrenchers.
i got a shade dungeon that has no ventilation and smells like garbage and sewage lol the bad part if one had a literal tree though is you dont want tree debris on your car either

the pearl iridescent looks so amazing on this vehicle! AMD, you've knocked it out of the park with this one.. just amazing! Jason and his team did a remarkable job also. Let's see the remainder of the fixes and a drive in the final product.
I had a 2013 ES350 with this pearl paint. Amazing color

Wow. How u have so low miles ? Most folks have literally walked more since 2006. How many cars do you own? Also, is that you Jay Leno? Lol
You'd be surprised how many people ship their cars cross country to have him service their cars.
Maybe consider bringing that beauty to the meet up on August 10? We’d all love to see it, even this Honda guy.
This series has been one of my favourites. Great vids keep em coming 🔥👌🏾
One of the best cars ever made. I have an 05. You did a fantastic job on this one
I want to see a video of you driving and enjoying this car! Please go in detail of how well and smooth it drives and why you love it

That rubber wheel Jason used to remove your pin stripes from the pain would remove that adhesive glue from the seals in minutes!
That's a good idea!
Looks brand new!
Yep.. sparkling
I surely want to see every restoration on the LS 430 . so continue filming the shocks n everything else related to the LS + the new gold LS you got!
Yes, we are still waiting for the formal debut of the second LS430.
It's coming back to life!!
Love to see the suspension work

Use a heat gun when you are peeling the seals, it will soften that residue and should come off as you pull.
Such a great journey! Please show us all the complete details! Congrats on restoring such a beautiful car.
i love to watch you work. i learn so much . so film the rest of the work
Well done! I really enjoyed this video trip with you!
Yes please i have loved the whole saga of the LS restoration.
Excellent presentation. Thank you. I freaking love this car. Please do more with this car.
Full final reveal please. Don’t want to see it touched again would break my heart
Greetings from Round Rock, Texas. Let's continue to video it all. I've been watching this from Day One. Keep up the great work.
Keep the LS videos coming, the back up camera install should be interesting.
Soon you will have achieved all that you set out to do.
Such a great series. BTW you need to revisit your 2024 Tundra engine problem video. Toyota hasn't fixed it.
I vote for all steps filmed! Thanks AMD for these awesome vids / series. I wish to be there on aug to see it in person.
I would like to keep watching the progress on this car. The quality of your videos is excellent!
Sweet Ahmed, of course I’d like to see more work on the LS430 since mine is with you now. Thank you for sharing brother.
I want to keep my RCF for 20 years. This video gives me hope. Great to see a person valuing what they have rather than going the next shiny thing.
Beautiful work this is insane. Truly the endless pursuit of perfection
Definitely want to see a video on the suspension work, and even the backup camera install of possible :)
I got chills. It looks showroom-perfect. Beautiful.
I like seeing you do the work, it’s interesting 👍
Congratulations! Beautiful piece of machinery. I’d say film the work, great way to educate the audience 😉
As an LS430 owner who watches this series wanting to do largely the same thing as you, I love watching the detailed stuff. Keep up the great work! I also enjoy all the content of your channel.
Finish out the videos on the LS 430
Keep the videos coming. Great job.
Color correction is an interesting art, where you go Way beyond the color code and get into spectrography numbers to nearly match the molecular level of paint accuracy. There's but a handful of people in the US that go that far and the equipment is stupid expensive, but man, when you can match paint that hasn't been made in 40 years, it's worth it!
As much as we all enjoy watching what you do, I'm sure you've got some fresh projects to reveal. 😉
