actually , the horse's intelligence is quite average among other animals. they are not as stupid as chickens, but they are far from crows, for example

Daft question I know, but I've always wondered why farriers don't refit original shoes once the work on the hoof has been carried out.

The shoe could be too worn to be replaced, or maybe it's customer preference to have new shoes every time.

I'm no expert, but doesn't burning their hooves make them feel pain? I heard them whining, unless that was a dog, and it just kind of looks painful. Again, no expert, just curious.
