Thanks for the video, after a year has this met your expectations. Do you have any tunes or stock set up? Most of these cans I see recirculate the air back to valve cover vs atmosphere.
Yep it’s done it’s job!! I’ve got a stage 3 tune. The other pro xp on the channel was running the back to valve cover but switched over to this can due to the other one leaking in multiple places.
You ever have oil coming out of the filter or Vapors or a mixture of both I have theEVP oneand it's coming out of the filter that sits on top of the catch can does this one do the same
Thanks for watching! It will get dirty just like the blow off valve. But the can itself is chambered and it has the washable filter with a pre filter over it. It’s not as exposed as it seems in the video either. The cvt intake does cover the can a bit. I’m trying to figure out if I can add a photo of the can with the cvt tube installed. If I can’t I’ll add a photo of it with the tube on on our social medias tomorrow.
how many times do you empty the catch can. I have a 2022 pro xp and I have checked the engine crank case breather hose at the top end and its still bone dry after 700 miles. A catch can seems to be not needed on at least the 22 models. unless I am missing something.
After every big ride, I get fluid every time. The other pro xp on this channel has the evo catch can and he seems to get more fluid than I do. His is a 2021.
Yeah his is milky and it also leaks. We think that the filter thing it runs through turns it milky and we also think that it doesn’t get through fast enough and essentially overflows.
Hmm it’s definitely weird. We mostly do slow technical stuff and his does the same. It acts like it’s overflowing but it’s not full. He’s got running down the lines to crank case. At this point he’s not sure if he’s just gonna run it or get something different. I’m pretty sure he called evo when it first happened.
When you see how much comes out of them, you begin to think about the good it’s doing. Will the engine run without it, sure will. But, it will live a happier life not eating its own feces.
Thanks, I got my RPM catch can. Going to install it tomorrow.
Hell yeah!!

@@SomewhatHaggard thanks! Appreciate the content.

This one does not do that. The other pro xp on our channel has the evo can and it does the same thing as yours. We haven’t figured out why.
Wouldn’t it be vulnerable to the water/mud/dirt/and so on, that is throw up from the tire?

So if you swamp the buggy, there's a good chance the can could fill with water and drain back into the motor?
It shouldn’t, it is baffled. They have a picture of one cut in half on their website. Rpmsxs.com
@@SomewhatHaggard Thank ya sir, Love the videos!
Thanks for the support!!
I think this is a must.
Sure is!!
Dose yours ever drain milky
Mine does not but dudes 21 with the evo catch can does.
@@SomewhatHaggard mine is the evo also

@Somewhat Haggard I was at Durhamtown last week and the vent filter was soaked and leaking. Possibly from all the jumps and not enuff baffling idk

I don't like the filter on top it should be snorkeled up high with a filter at the top. It's going to get wet and nasty
Haven’t had any issues
Grow !!!
Its not needed..... It's a "got cha" item.
