      +Oliver Green I'll repeat myself. Can you consider that Putin might be telling the truth. You might be right but things do change. I think Putin has changed, I can feel it. I have Russian friends and they see Russia making big changes in the way they treat there people. Maybe by changing our opinion about something we might not have all the facts about is how we change the world.

      ***** true but he would look more powerful to the english/american, etc, if he spoke it in english, regardless of the accent he would have since we russians dont have the best accent in english if we use our russian one.

    let's ask why the US really bothers with Syria, when you ask that question you will come back to one unavoidable answer... Israel, we are in the middle east because of Israel, once we cut ties with Israel, peace will shortly follow.

    • @MetaKnight964
      @MetaKnight964 9 лет назад +1

No nation stand against their economic or defence interest 4. killing Muslim using the same community. the few left future population will not challenge them. divide them wide and in to small states so that everyone force to obey US so you can enjoy. 5. making Russia and China weak by removing their supporters and reducing their Trade.

    Mohamed Ali said more than 30 years ago that when a black president will be elected in the US that would mean that this country is already like a sinking ship. I have a strong feeling that he was right except it did extend to the entire world.

    Mr. Putin I live in the UK and have watched the USA and my own country Cause all the Arab nation problems. Our people live on a diet of brain washing and at worse utter bollocks. it is deeply worrying, the world is not as safe as it was when I was A child.
    Any thing that the sane countries can do to stabilize the world will be appreciated by us. Our own politicians will never do the right things because part of me thinks that they have caused this deliberately rather than just bad management. I very much hope that is not the case and it is a simple matter of them being idiots.

    When dictatorships talk about sovereignty, they talk about their right to opress their citizens without anyone interfering.
    When a democratic country ralks about sovereignty, it's about the security of its citizens, because a state is defined by its citizens, not by its rulers. A country loses its sovereignty when it goes against its own people.

    The guest speaker, Vijay, really understood the situation and what is needed.
    Churchill said it was better to 'Jaw-Jaw' than 'War--War.' No-one seems to want to begin the first steps of speaking with the heads of all the Governments/Nations affected in that area. ISIS/ISIL don't wish to engage. But we would be better to gain consensus of those affected first, otherwise it will appear to many that this is Imperialistic USA again followed by the Europeans.
    Then the surrounding Nations (after consultation and agreement) should be involved in dismantling ISIS/ISIL and helping those fleeing from the war in that area. They ought to be willing to take in genuine refugees. These displaced people would also be in-situ to rebuild post-conflict.
    The money saved from excessive long term conflicts could be ploughed back into a rebuilding programme.
    Or it that too simplistic of me?
