Blazer SS are rare nowadays. If I were you I would keep it a little longer while the value goes up. I made a mistake years ago for not buying a Blazer SS instead I bought a 09 Tahoe.
quickzilver3333 I agree I just purchased all the stuff including the NG 149 transfer case and having front Billet intermediate shaft and collar made to convert it back to a strong all-wheel-drive because I broke the other one so it sounds like I'm back in it for another couple years at least and now it will be all wheel drive again which was the rocket ship
Anybody that owns and knows anything about the Trailblazer SS would agree with me that a nice clean low mile Truck sells anywhere from $17 to $23000! then you build a motor and put really good parts in it......there's another $5000....then you put a turbo kit or supercharger on it there's another$ 7 to $10,000 pending on the parts you buy.... Then you put a 4 L80E in it because the 4070's are junk and break under power.... there's another $5,000.... those four things alone.....add them up, mine has way more than just those things on it so please be respectful and or do your homework before you comment and make no sense thank you

Justin p there is a lot involver in switching from the 4l70 to the 4l80. Harness, programming, driveshaft length, crossmember, fluid line location, etc.... Im sure it could be done or has, but its not plug and play.
If you want anything badass that's not a car(and has space), this is the best option by far. And even then... you'll be spending a lot more money on something that's not much better.
I have an 06' SS I call the Falcon. Still working on a few mods but your truck set the bar. That is one beautiful SS you got there. You should hold on to something that nice, I mean these models are hard to come by. Think of what your SS will be worth in five more years. Just saying but again, that is one good looking truck.

Joe Mansfield unfortunately I’m not in the market to buy a vehicle right now. I have a 2016 camaro 4 cylinder that I just bought and paid off. The only thing I would do would be an even swap depending on miles, condition, etc.
Are the ss models troublesome because I bought a new ls in '06 and it was crap ended up getting my money back due to it being a lemon law in Texas, I only paid 13k have a used '03 blazer paid $750 I use as a beater and never had a days trouble. I really love yours, immaculate condition.
Dime Fever they are not Troublesome at all if you look up any of the SS is on the form stuff you can see the common problems which are basically transmission related and only because of the power these vehicles produce I have a 2007 also besides this one that I have put over a hundred fifty thousand trouble-free miles on only general maintenance stuff but I think every vehicle brand out there and make and model has their own set of problems so this is just my personal opinion

Sweet tbss first one I ever seen 5lug can I get more info on that I think I would want to do mine also is that a glasstek hood if so looks like it fit way better than mine I trimmed the front and rear section of it but still fits like crap
Sonia C its a Scotts hood, 5 lug conv. Was easy. Re-drill all OEM stuff for new pattern. One hole will have to be weded up because of overlap. Most machine shopes can do it for you.
Eli Hooper everything i did is in the pull down description in the arrow on right side under video, here is my list,This is my 2008 Trailblazer SS that i have for sale, the truck has 78,000 original miles, it a Florida truck and is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! No accidents, No dents, no significant scratches, no stains, no tears.... Imaculant condition! This is a loaded truck, every option, also very rare granite black paint code. The turbo kit is ALL custom and tailerd to my liking with top notch parts and build quality, all Tig welded and stainless steel construction. EBOOST2 turbo controller and autometer AF gauge. The ls2 has been rebuilt with a Texas Speed forged stroker kit, 402ci. SFI flywheel. 10:1 compression. I also put there torquer 2 cam in and kept it turbo friendly, with 114 degree lobe Sep. I also installed there CNC Precision Race Components heads, hardened push rods, and dual roller timing chain. It has front sump oil pan mod also. It has my own custom 3" all stainless mandrel bent exhaust, kooks SS headers, no Cats, 2 Tial 38mm wastgates, 50mm tual BOV, 75mm turbonetics BB turbo, turbo werks scavenge pump, custom air to water intercooler good to 1000+HP, LS7 Maf conversion, all new front suspension, belltech struts and lowering springs in front and rear, brand new Niche 5 lug wheels, Brand new Nitto tires with perminate white lettering, 4.75" chevy 5 lug bolt pattern conversion for a large selection of wheels, E-Boost 2 controller, autometer AF meter, Devels Own meth injection, new 1000w JL audio amp, capacitor, and new dvd/cd/BT head unit with back-up camera, infinity tweeters in B pillar. Also converted to RWD from AWD and a built 4l80e transmission, shift kit, with a 3200 Circle D Triple disk billet converter, 100% new steel driveshaft with 1350 Spicer joints. new vented and slotted brake rotors, stainless braded brake line upgrade, LS1 dual fan conversion with Painless wiring dual fan controller, 160 stat. new 180 amp alternator, new water pump, new pulleys and tensioners. New belts new PNC plug wires, MSD boot protectors, new all aluminium dual core radiator, new rear mounter trans cooler with dual fans, 400lph fuwl pump, 60lb injectors. New tinted headlights and taillights, HID kit. Weather Tec floor mats, quad taillight conversion. SCOTTS 3.5" cowl hood. I have invested over 37,000$ in this truck and thats just parts, no labor. Its scary fast and i have only boosed it to 7 psi. Everything new has less than 1000 miles on it most not even 300 miles on it. I have 2 TBSS trucks and a twin turbo mustang gt500. Only selling because my wife and i are buyin a new house to accommodate our growing family, Everything on it works as it should and there are absolutely no issues with it. Im starting at 30,000$ but will consider all reasonable offers, no low balls or trades. On paper this truck makes 700 easy HP at mere 8lbs. Of boost. There is plenty more in it. Neil Ed im in michigan, the truck is from florida. I bought new front hubs and pulled the axles and had the 6 lug holes welded up and then had them re-drilled for the 5 lug pattern at a machine shop.
EL Beezy honestly I didn't really want to spend the extra $1,200 to run duals just for another pipe when 3in is very sufficient for what I was trying to accomplish and believe it or not sounds amazing the video really doesn't do it any justice if you look at most dual exhaust setups for the Trailblazers they are not true duals they come off the manifolds or headers into a y and then into a muffler that splits off in the rear so technically that's not dual exhaust at all and with the mid-mount Turbo system you have to run both banks into the turbo so that's into one pipe and I kept it one out because it makes no sense to split at the end of the truck when you got only one pipe in front of it.
Joe Mansfield very well explained... I’m thinking about going 3in exhaust on my 4Door cutlass and stop it before the rear end should sound pretty good behind this lil ole 355 .. nice fucking truck by the way super clean .

Larry Reed I bought brand new front hubs and took them to the Machine Shop along with the rear axles and told them I wanted the 5 on 4.75 pattern drilled in them I would not recommend him though because he said it was the last that he would ever do, it took way longer than he said he would to do it also. any local machine shop should be able to help you out with it. at the time I had it done it cost me $100 which is super super cheap! so plan on spending close to $300 for the work. I think the Machinist new that he way under charge me and that's why he said he would never do another set

I had the bags in for a long time b4 switching to springs, it don't really ride much differant than it did b4, my truck always rode great lowered, now my 2007 has same set up and rides to like crap.. I don't get the differance between the two

I know i wont get what i have in it, don't expect to, but if someone brought me their 19,000$ truck and said duplicate what i have, when done they would have a 20-22,000$ bill on top of truck purchase price, thanks for looking and the input.

Sweet tbss first one I ever seen 5lug can I get more info on that I think I would want to do mine also is that a glasstek hood if so looks like it fit way better than mine I trimmed the front and rear section of it but still fits like crap
Sonia C its a Scotts hood, 5 lug conv. Was easy. Re-drill all OEM stuff for new pattern. One hole will have to be weded up because of overlap. Most machine shopes can do it for you.

No accidents, No dents, no significant scratches, no stains, no tears.... Imaculant condition! This is a loaded truck, every option, also very rare granite black paint code. The turbo kit is ALL custom and tailerd to my liking with top notch parts and build quality, all Tig welded and stainless steel construction. EBOOST2 turbo controller and autometer AF gauge. The ls2 has been rebuilt with a Texas Speed forged stroker kit, 402ci. SFI flywheel. 10:1 compression. I also put there torquer 2 cam in and kept it turbo friendly, with 114 degree lobe Sep. I also installed there CNC Precision Race Components heads, hardened push rods, and dual roller timing chain. It has front sump oil pan mod also. It has my own custom 3" all stainless mandrel bent exhaust, kooks SS headers, no Cats, 2 Tial 38mm wastgates, 50mm tual BOV, 75mm turbonetics BB turbo, turbo werks scavenge pump, custom air to water intercooler good to 1000+HP, LS7 Maf conversion, all new front suspension, belltech struts and lowering springs in front and rear, brand new Niche 5 lug wheels, Brand new Nitto tires with perminate white lettering, 4.75" chevy 5 lug bolt pattern conversion for a large selection of wheels, E-Boost 2 controller, autometer AF meter, Devels Own meth injection, new 1000w JL audio amp, capacitor, and new dvd/cd/BT head unit with back-up camera, infinity tweeters in B pillar. Also converted to RWD from AWD and a built 4l80e transmission, shift kit, with a 3200 Circle D Triple disk billet converter, 100% new steel driveshaft with 1350 Spicer joints. new vented and slotted brake rotors, stainless braded brake line upgrade, LS1 dual fan conversion with Painless wiring dual fan controller, 160 stat. new 180 amp alternator, new water pump, new pulleys and tensioners. Its scary fast and i have only boosed it to 7 psi. Everything new has less than 1000 miles on it most not even 300 miles on it. I have 2 TBSS trucks and a twin turbo mustang gt500. Only selling because my wife and i are buyin a new house to accommodate our growing family, Everything on it works as it should and there are absolutely no issues with it. Im starting at 30,000$ but will consider all reasonable offers, no low balls or trades. On paper this truck makes 700 easy HP at mere 8lbs. Of boost. There is plenty more in it. Neil Ed im in michigan, the truck is from florida. I bought new front hubs and pulled the axles and had the 6 lug holes welded up and then had them re-drilled for the 5 lug pattern at a machine shop.
How much was it sold for?

I only have one question.... why do you still have a single exhaust setup ?
EL Beezy honestly I didn't really want to spend the extra $1,200 to run duals just for another pipe when 3in is very sufficient for what I was trying to accomplish and believe it or not sounds amazing the video really doesn't do it any justice if you look at most dual exhaust setups for the Trailblazers they are not true duals they come off the manifolds or headers into a y and then into a muffler that splits off in the rear so technically that's not dual exhaust at all and with the mid-mount Turbo system you have to run both banks into the turbo so that's into one pipe and I kept it one out because it makes no sense to split at the end of the truck when you got only one pipe in front of it.
Joe Mansfield very well explained... I’m thinking about going 3in exhaust on my 4Door cutlass and stop it before the rear end should sound pretty good behind this lil ole 355 .. nice fucking truck by the way super clean .

Larry Reed I bought brand new front hubs and took them to the Machine Shop along with the rear axles and told them I wanted the 5 on 4.75 pattern drilled in them I would not recommend him though because he said it was the last that he would ever do, it took way longer than he said he would to do it also. any local machine shop should be able to help you out with it. at the time I had it done it cost me $100 which is super super cheap! so plan on spending close to $300 for the work. I think the Machinist new that he way under charge me and that's why he said he would never do another set

disel2301 not readily available with parts off the shelf, re-drill bolt pattern for 5x5.75 instead of the less common 6 lug.
