Is he playing on the PC with an emulator or the goldeneye port using a keyboard and mouse? I can't imagine this level of speed + accuracy aiming with an N64 controller
Yes, there's a tutorial in the description. There's no GoldenEye port.

How do you get a custom level? This on the n64?
Custom level download links are always in the description, I also attached a tutorial in there - This is played on emulator but it can also be played on an N64 by using an EverDrive-64 or similar.
