Where do we find these good project managers? In my 12+ years in engineering I have worked for 2 great PM’s. The rest have been mediocre at best with the vast majority being detrimental to the projects.
10:30 are we to believe this guy knows about entreleadership and not the training you sell to businesses. He's never listened to the Ramsey show where you mention it every day?
When I was 3 my cousin who is 7 months older than me was my favorite person in the world. 5 years later I was actively avoiding her for the next 10+ years. Two years ago at Christmas I told that to the family, cousin and I are now 52. Her mother says "Yes, I started trying to avoid her too." 😂😂😂
I don’t see how a PM with poor communication skills and a victim mentality can possibly be effective in their job. This person must be a family member or friend and the caller feels guilty about denying them the role.
You know the old saying. If you don't like it, change it. When it comes to personal chemistry. There is nothing to do other than just look for another place to work. If both of you are decent people. There won't be any hard feelings.
Im a GM for Domino's and ove urged my franchisee to take us to a live event for the management team and was shot down. Very sad, that franchise owner is a real man
I wouldn’t pay for a live event for a domino’s management team either. That’s absolutely crazy. In what world do you think that makes sense? How much more money will that make him? How will that make those managers more productive? What’s the likelihood that the assistant managers you’re asking him to invest in, are even on his team working for him in 3 years? This is mean but it’s reality. You’re low wage workers, and you’re not worth investing in. I don’t think that would actually be a good investment to begin with but even if it was no one stays anywhere anymore. And definitely not at dominos. You wanted a free trip and didn’t get one. And shouldn’t have.
The 70-person painting business trying to hire a project manager who exhibits a "victim mindset" - A victim mindset can be changed but it's like a cigarette smoker. The person has to be the source of the change, and it takes a long time, and a lot of desire. It's not the company's job to help someone quit cigarettes, or to transition their personal beliefs out of their belief that they're a chronic victim. You can feel sympathy for that person but they have to show up with a healthy attitude and mindset to be reliable and productive. Do not hire.
Thank you! Turn the victim mindset to the Hero Mindset.

What makes a good PM for you as an engineer?
What most don’t understand is in the gravel hauling business the overhead is unreal … the dad is just looking for cheap labor
Enjoyed this episode very much
Victim mindset? Not productive and it's a possible lawsuit waiting to happen. Buh' bye.
What is the best way to make money from crypto trading?
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. I'm guided by a widely known crypto professional.
The professional is Ms Olivia Harlow
Crypto is the best future where people make money and generate good returns.
There's literally no restrictions on her platform. I am equally investing from Australia
This sounds very good. How do you do that? I am interested, how do i go about getting started?

She sounds like a people pleaser who is afraid to say No and assert boundaries.
They like you as a worker but not as a person. My life in a nutshell.
Lol. You don’t happen to have ADHD would you? That comment plus mine is my life in a nutshell.

The first caller doesn't want to hire the person because they are more qualified than she is.
The second caller was definitely a plant

Dave, I’m truly grateful for your advices, thank you 🙏🏻 ❤
The parents are clearly still looking at him like he's the son and not a stakeholder in the business.
