Dude, because of you I’m down 20 pounds and I look and feel amazing. I just wanted to say thank you. Your content helped me understand how to loose weight and really enjoying the workout. I truly understand what it means to trust the process and now I’m a calorie counting maniac lol. Again thank you 🙏🏾
I commend you for recognizing that PED's are simply off the table. Longevity and natural health being top priority is so important! I went from 211 lb. all the way down to 168 lb. when I first discovered your channel. Since then, I've gone through 3 bulks and 3 cuts over the past 3 years and it's awesome to see the subtle natural changes after each cut. It's time to get bulked up Bryan! I'm stoked to see the progress you make. Stay Swole.💪
I’ve been thinking of this bulk/cut thingy lately and maybe a stupid question but why bulk and cut in the first place? Is it just for speeding the muscle growth in the big picture? How about just staying around neutral level in calories but focusing on getting enough protein? And getting all the micro-stuff obviously aswell.
TLDR Bro Science answer -- you must be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle. Theoretically you could be in a very slight surplus and not gain any fat, but most guys find it easier to "eat more, grow more" and then switch into a deficit, keep protein high and workouts hard and try to cut the fat. Rinse and repeat.
I don’t think you should tell people not to take supplements in pill form. Good quality supplements can be great and many people should be taking more of them. They’re not substitutes for a balanced diet, but they can be beneficial. If you know know something I don’t, please challenge my stance on this.
Well, freedom of speech is good, however he’s getting paid for this and he positions himself as an expert, so I would argue it’s his responsibility to give the audience unbiased and correct information. But no hate tho, just a comment

How much of weight do you gain per week/month?
My opinion only - you look healthier 180s vs 160s

I think you can do whatever you want to do and say whatever you want to say on your own bulking video
