    As a mineral analysis practitioner most people are too low in potassium but there’s
    Got to be a balance with some other minerals. If you eat potassium and get muscle twitching add calcium and you still twitch add magnesium (magnesium lowers sodium potassium) magnesium is one reason we twitch. But potassium and calcium use each other so for me when I increase potassium I need calcium and we also need magnesium and potassium to utilize calcium!! A great way to get all three is nettle infusions but they’re high in magnesium low in sodium (Remember magnesium lower sodium and potassium) So just make sure you’re getting your sodium from pink Himalayan sea salt or you can add in oatstraw to the infusions for the raised sodium

      How/why does magnesium lower Potassium? I heard that you need magnesium in order to utilize potassium. You need magnesium for all sorts of things.

    bananas= 12%daily intake of potassium and 1,000,000% of sugar intake (double that for potatoes) = a big marker that this wasn't intended for people with diabetic issues.

      Yeah but a bit frightening. You've got to eat 5 cups of white beans and are almost there. Who is going to do that? If this is true, I will bet most Americans do not get enough potassium.

    Smoothie with kale,avocado,lemon juice and what ever else you think good for you (add nutrition yest , flaxseeds some salt) or make salad.

    10 oz white potatoes
    10 oz sweet potatoes
    1 c red beet root
    1 c spinach
    1 c swiss chard
    1 cup parsnip

    The body needs 4000 mg of Potassium daily in my humble opinion. Recommended daily intake according to? You would need to eat more than 10 bananas daily and for keto and for individuals struggling with managing carbs, it's a bad choice. Thanks for the video! I would love to see another video without a white background and white shirt that is zoomed properly to not cutoff the top of your head? LOL. All in all, a great topic. I request a top 10 low carb sources of potassium video! Great job. Thanks for sharing.

      @@jinshark9078 Bananas are too high in sugar for the Keto diet and far lower in potassium than avacados. Trying to lower insulin levels not raise them.

    IF you are skinny...yes eat potatoes.
    Salmon is a good potassium source.
    Idk how to eat avocados.. but they are great source too

    According to Dr Berg, we need 4700mg of potassium everyday. I wondered how come you completely missed out broccoli and kale and other cruciferous veges???

      Also, potatoes, sweet potatoes and bananas are not good for people on low-carb. And I wouldn't touch spinach with a barge-pole - too high in oxalate.

    All of these foods are rich in fiber there is no way you could eat all of these in one day. You would be well over the recommended fiber amount and in pain

    Fiber? We do ot need fiber. There is not a singel lab rapport or evidence of our need of fiber.
    Potatoes? Wrong again. That is very much carbs and not recommended.
    Bananas!! That is one of the worst carb bombs man!! And not that much potassium.
    Have you heard of Avocado? 2x the amount of potassium to bananas and super healthy.

      Fiber is necessary. It help people poop bc it stores water And bring it into your poop. Fiber saved me.
