Whitney power and everything was great but her vibrato was so perfect. It’s a steady classic one, really easy for her operatic head voice

It is indeed. That's why I don't believe she creates the vibrato by moving her jaw. You can't produce such a fast, consistent and precise vibrato without using proper technique. What I think is that her jaw is so relaxed that it starts vibrating along with the note. And not the other way around.

Some fandoms try to say that she has to shake her jaw to produce her vibrato but that’s not true because there’s plenty of times we see/hear her using her vibrato flawlessly and her jaw isn’t moving at all. Whitney at her earliest years had the most crystal clear and yet powerful voice EVER!! Not to mention her top ability to convey emotions. SHE WAS THE QUEEN of performers!!

I think she did the jaw thing for visuals she didn't have to do it but it looked good , she was know back then for that! She was vocally everything internally and externally!
