  • I’m my previous video ( • What’s the deal with W... ), I went into detail on the purpose of Waldorf toys and I spilled the beans on whether or not my kids play with them.
In this video, I discuss our top 5 (maybe plus one or two 😂) top-favorite, must have Waldorf toys…and they might not be what you expect!
These are great suggestions for Waldorf children’s birthday gifts or Christmas gifts - what we consider to be the BEST Waldorf toys at our house.

What are those slats called and where did you get them? I could not tell what you were saying haha sounded like gluscoffers

Ahh the brand is called Gluckskafer and truthfully I’m looking for them in the US and for some reason I’m not finding them, but the Grimms Color Chart Rally is pretty close but not as long as the longest slats in this set.

Do you have thoughts on marble trees

So we have one, and it’s beautiful, but I don’t feel like it’s played with that often. I normally will hear the kids randomly put a ball down it and it sounds beautiful, but that’s about it. If I were between a marble tree and something more open ended, like the glukscafer slats or some sort of blocks, I’d go with the more open ended blocks or slats.

How did you dye those blocks? They are beautiful

Thank you so much for reaching out! So I have a short I made where I dyed wood loose parts for my kids. It’s the same exact process I used for these blocks! Here is the link to the short: ruclips.net/user/shortsE1_zFN-hJpE?si=q4MidX3AmEoxTI8m

Where did you get the slats?

Crazy, I just checked and they’re sold out everywhere. I got mine from thewoodenwagon.com and ours are called glueksckaefer building slats. If you can’t find them, the Grimms color chart rally are pretty similar too.
