Watching from down the way in Ashburn. I love that this house has a screened-in porch. We don't see enough of those in NoVA. I'd so much rather have that than a deck to roast on in summer. Beautiful floors. Love the modern elements, not so much the contemporary elements. Primary bath is an incredible layout, but design is so severe in contrast with black, white, and dark gray. Harsh aesthetic that feels dated. Great back yard!
