They're not sitting back against Liverpool at anfield and they're pressing and often successful build ups which is a great sign for a championship team

Who knows leister before should know that this man really transformed them they look better now than even when they won the title, don't get me wrong I mean they play a modern football with no pressure they are so calm their decision making is to notch, I think with the raw talents in Chelsea he's the real deal
One thing I'm concerned abt is the slow build up ,u need alot of intensity to break teams down in the epl.
With this formation we need active wingers that can make use of chances, hopefully mudryk will step up

Lavia and Santos-who was also targeted by City meaning he fits Enzo style as well-both gonna replace Gallagher. Arujo or at least someone as good will replace Chalobah.

I try to take a peek what hype currently in football that every people said xabi alonso ball was good, but when I see leverkusen play I mean its like a usuall football nothing new, and they got a many goal from set piece, and motta to in bologna they said they dont have any fix position anymore in the field but whe i watch i find it boring. but this maresca team are different i saw exciting play here and ther and the players very dynamic good football
Italian coaches will not disappoint you, the only issues is: Do Chelsea FC have the right player to do such job?
Let's keep in mind that we have better players than Leicester, and with more reinforcements over the summer, we should have fewer failed build-ups (especially if we acquire a world-class CB). I'm also hoping we can sign a world-class striker, which would help us capitalize on more chances - something Leicester struggled with in this video. This has been a big problem for us this season.

Deep defensive shape looks off. If we don’t win the ball on the press, looks like we’ll concede chances.
Too much emphasis here on keeping the ball, something which may work at the Championship level but isn't necessarily the best approach in the Premier League level.
A team of limited athletic ability trying to play this kind of game against Liverpool can work for a little while until Liverpool tired them out and simply overwhelmed them.
I hope with the higher quality at Chelsea he will give players the liberty to improvise with longer passes, faster breakout plays, and quick shots on goal; as well as these little passes coming out of a press when necessary and when faced with weaker teams that don't press very well.
Guardiola's system is fine as long as his defensive side of the game works at a high level, and then his team can slow things down on the attack and pick you apart. ManCity breaks down when the opposition keeps breaking down his high line in opportunistic attacks, even with low possession.
Chelsea has the players to execute a more mixed system depending on the opposition. I hope this coach sees that.
If Chelsea want a more mixed system they should have went for Mc Kenna. Going for Maresca is a safe option in my opinion but I don't think they would dominate with Maresca.

A good coach knows when to adjust your game plan to outdo your opponent. This game ended 3:1 in favour of Liverpool because Enzo stuck to his play philosophy... They'll be equally thump if he brings rigidity to Chelsea

A good coach can always improve players.all Chelsea players re all good
If Leicester had better players they'd have won or draw the game.
That shows every good manager needs good players to implement successfully his system and also win with it. But Chelsea keep buying below elite or average players don't really see us winning.
I know we'll play good football but winning am not sure.
Most of our players are just developing.
Some managers not so good with tactics but they have very good players to give them results.
Guardiola will not be where he is without having some arguably best players in their position.

Plus this was much earlier in the season, the players were still getting to grasp with the system.

No brother, Pochettino does not use this type of setup at all. Pochettino’s system is heavily reliant on getting the ball to the flanks as early as possible and teams that stopped him from doing that battered Chelsea e.g Utd 2-1, Newcastle 4-1, Liverpool 4-1, Arsenal 5-0, and other teams that put them under immense pressure because they pressed them in those areas e.g Wolves 4-2, Nottingham 1-0 and 3-2, Luton 3-2, Bournemouth 2-1, Sheffield 2-2, Leeds 3-2 and Everton 2-0. Two completely different coaches seriously

No! Poch's Chelsea likes to play vertically with emphasis on getting the ball forward quickly. He doesn't prioritise controlling the game in midfield it's why we conceded so many goals.
