I faced this same issue when i was growing up doing engineering in India. I wanted to get into Motorsports and build race cars and there was no one to guide and till now its the same. I started United Motorsports Academy which now teaches Indian students how to get into motorsports by teaching them on real life projects with Industry skills. India has so much talent but still as an Academy for engineering i face so many challenges because the system doesn’t want to change.
Engineering and BBM education in Bangalore are very good and the students are getting hired immediately. Got to know that companies are visiting Karnataka and Andhra degree colleges (even remote places) for placements and hiring students from there. They may not get Rs. 50k per month, but 15k per month. These days degree education is a lot better in Andhra and Karnataka than some 20 years ago. Don't know about other states.

I agree. I'm in class 12 and i scored 85% in class 10. My family and i celebreated it for a week but after that nobody gave a damn. In class 11 nobody asked or cared about boards results. Both toppers and poor students were seen as the same. The truth is, nobody cares that much about marks after a while.
Hardly 1-5 percent of total participating candidates gets seats or jobs in any competitive exams in India, and you will hear the success story of that 1-5% candidates that means you are only hearing the 1-5% reality of the scenario, you are not hearing reality whose possibility of happening to you is 95-99%.

Lekin actual job lagne pe pata chala, Mera working performance bohot weak hai... Maie waha ke other employees ke saath compete nahi kar pa raha tha... It was a really stressful situation for me. Upar se seniors ka continuous pressure ki hame tumhare Kaam me improvement chahiye... We want good results and all that.... My work life was getting too much stressful for me... I faced this same issue when i was growing up doing engineering in India. I wanted to get into Motorsports and build race cars and there was no one to guide and till now its the same.
I started United Motorsports Academy which now teaches Indian students how to get into motorsports by teaching them on real life projects with Industry skills.
India has so much talent but still as an Academy for engineering i face so many challenges because the system doesn’t want to change.

Engineering and BBM education in Bangalore are very good and the students are getting hired immediately. Got to know that companies are visiting Karnataka and Andhra degree colleges (even remote places) for placements and hiring students from there. They may not get Rs. 50k per month, but 15k per month. These days degree education is a lot better in Andhra and Karnataka than some 20 years ago. Don't know about other states.
