Loved the ride along & video Taylor. I’m loving binge watching all your previous videos! Stay well and safe😃
Pip squeak. WOW haven’t heard that in a while. 😃
😂 what can I say, I have an old soul!🤷🏼♀️☺️
Good morning Taylor
Hi 👋🏻!!
Taylor you have no idea how much I appreciate viewing your videos. The comparison you show is so lovely.
I am so glad to hear that you enjoy them, it means so much to me to have so many wonderful people like yourself offering support and encouragement. Thank you!!
Thanks for explaining the bandages, sorry you got a boo-boo. Love the old barns, we don’t have left where I’m at. 👍👏🐄
Absolutely! Old barns are always SO beautiful 🤩. Sad to see many of them falling apart or being torn down 😕. Thanks so much for commenting!
I've never had any good luck with the newer electronic battery chargers. I've hunted down and bought a few of the older models in great shape that work much better!
That’s what everyone has said. Looks like we need to hit up a good garage sale for a decent charger!
Great video Taylor tip for you allway have iodine spray handy when you get a cut or scratch give it a spray 🤗
I watched all your videos love them all🎉🎉
I’m so glad, thank you!
It's amazing how easy it is to shatter tractor doors and windows.
Lol
😅
Good morning Tay, yes doors on the cab are a good thing, especially on the snowy days. Great video again. Good comment on Veterans Day, thanks. Take care🇨🇦👍🚜❤️
Good morning! Thanks so much for watching 😃. Have a wonderful day ahead!!
Thanks for sharing Taylor my friend
My pleasure!!
Your a hard working young girl makes me feel better about the way the world is going
Sometimes I watch these videos and wish I could be there. Until the work starts.
😁 somedays that’s how I feel!😂
First !!! U ROCK Taylor!!!!
Thanks!
@@tayfarms UR Welcome!!!! And UR...A cute dairy farmer !!!!!
Thanks for the ride
You bet! Thanks for riding along!
@@tayfarms you should charge for rides. Maybe call it farm Uber.
There only room in that tractor for one no passenger seat 😂
Good morning Tay, another great video. The heifers look great. Yes the door for a New Holland Powerstar 120 is 1100 dollars lol I found the hard way like Brent did, if you bump a bale with the door being open the glass explodes.🤦♂️ lol Have a great day. 🤗
Hi there, thanks again! 1100 dollars! Things are just insane nowadays 😳. Sorry to hear that it happened to you too. Those bales have gotten learn to move out of the way!😁lol. You have a wonderful day as well!
@@tayfarmsyeah it would be nice if they moved themselves lol thanks sweetie.🤗 everything just keeps going up 🤦♂️
On our place here in Western Pennsylvania where we feed beef cattle, restart about Labor day and in our third and fourth cut hay that we do not wrap or make dry we chop a load every day for the heard. That usually lasts till about Thanksgiving which means that we are about done now. When we finish that we will begin feeding baleage
Taylor you going to do any chisel plowing this fall with the 1066???👍🐄🚜or is all your ground in hay. Sure would be nice to listen to the old girl snort .🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜
Good Morning Taylor stay safe and have a wonderful day, enjoy your Video
Find a charger with dials not digital. I had same problems. Also get some Porters Linimint salve it can be googled. It is old style drawing salve. Just a dab will remove infection from a cut and over night will remove a sliver We used it on cows and horses also it is the best
Nice video 👍🚜😄
Hey Taylor, Battery charger fix....get a bigger hammer. List to Santa....new batteries for the 1066 please. Tay’s purple bandages...don’t need stitches, tuff farm girl. Keep yer powder dry.
There’s probably nothing wrong with the charger. Some of the new ones won’t charge a battery unless it’s completely dead. So when it doesn’t start charging it’s probably not dead enough. I found that kinda crazy too but I’ve been told that by more than one parts store. There’s even RUclips videos about it, might even be one of how to over ride that “wonderful feature”. Yes they’re junk in my book too because of that. Lol
My solution was to get on the market place and look for old ones that still work. Flea markets and yard sales, estate sales etc are a good place to find them too.
Beautiful day!
It really was!! Thanks for watching 😃
Hello 👋 Brent
Great video Taylor
Love that old barn and I also noticed in a few of your videos water in the background.is that a lake.should take us a tour someday.stay safe from Canada
Wear Gloves.
Distilled water Only to top up batteries.
turn wheel all the way left or right while stopped pop right out 4wd. good job
Great video
Thanks!
Great stuff Taylor !! Thank you !! Please be careful and God bless you!!!! Eddy
Morning Taylor, happy for the update about your finger and thumb. Was also fun to see the calves. Take care, Deb
Good Day, Taylor! Thanks for the answer about your bandages. Very smart to keep those cuts clean and covered working the farm. Enjoyed your video and the first thing I noticed when you drove up to the other barn was that sign. Now you have experience refurbishing the sign for your next project! 🐮 That’s a beautiful building and barn combination! You’re workplaces are great! Take good care, Taylor! Have a great Sunday! 🏍🇺🇸🎒
I loved the percussive adjustment on the battery charger. My brother always said "Hit it with a hammer, it it breaks it needed replacement anyway." He buys a lot of new stuff. You haven't lived until you've plowed in a snow storm with an open tractor. Love riding along with you. Keep up the good work.
😂 that’s too funny! Sounds like a chilly ride plowing 🥶☺️. So glad you could join us and enjoyed the ride!!
❤
Good morning Taylor. Here in Wisconsin farmers are combining corn and soybeans and in Maine you are still mowing hay. What a contrast in weather patterns. It’s always great to see your heifers and they are really growing. I know calving season is about 5 months away so maybe we will be seeing some new additions to your herd. Glad to see your fingers are healing. Accidents happen even when you are trying to be careful.
If there are any veterans in your family I hope that they had a great Veterans Day. Great video as always. Keep smiling, keep farming, and May God keep you safe from any more accidents.🐄🚜🇺🇸
Hi! It always amazes me how different things are across the country 😃. Yes pretty soon our cows will start calving (a little early this year I think) and I am SO excited!!! Thanks so much and have a wonderful day! Your friends from Maine 😊🐄
I love what you stand for 😍I could spend all day mowing hay!!
Nice video Taylor
Thanks so much!
You sure like driving those big machines. Brent got lucky with you, Thank you for another fine episode.
Awesome!😊
Thank you for riding along! Cheers!
I love riding along with you, you’re definitely my favorite farm girl! I watch every video.
Aww thank you!
You will make some lucky person a great life partner
Hello Lady, Thank You for another great video. Never know what you will be showing on the next video. Always a surprise and always enjoyable. Not only do I love all the tasks, etc that you do in each video, but I am just amazed at all the odd jobs that you jump right into such as; carpentry, electrical, mechanical to mention a few. Knowing how to do these tasks really saves a lot of dollars. Have a great week. Stay safe, stay warm, and stay the down to earth person that you are. Love your humor and expressions.
Hallo Taylor, you Wright what about the cab Windows, when its cold its fine to drive a tractor with cab.
One ather punt is ,that cormick tractor, no cab on it so cold out there.
You beter take a ather tractor for doing the job,as the cormick.
The cormick, a fine tractor for summer but not for autum or winter.
Just take the one white the cab,Nice and warm.
Thank you for another great video its always nice to ride along with you as always ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
Too cute
I agree and a beautiful personality
👍
Hi Taylor thanks for sharing another awesome video again, there looked like there was a bit of grass for the time of year. Never gets old the smell of fresh cut grass, glad that your fingers are healing don't worry we all do daft things. Thanks again take care and stay safe 👍 😊.
Thanks again
Thank you for watching!
The new chargers are crap all electronic go to garage sales an get old one with big o transformer in it you will know it will be three times the weight it will last longer than the other crap.
Morning Taylor. I wish I had as good employees when I had my gas station back in the 70's. You are a very conscientious worker. Also, a joy to listen to and I am sure work around. Glad it was nothing too serious. I always enjoy your videos. You make it sound like you are a very serious person, who has fun working on the farm. Those calves are looking good. They should be a great addition to the herd. Good luck and God Bless.
Another great vid! Stay safe
Thanks, will do!
Thanks for the RIDE IN THE TRACTOR WITH YOU ❤😊 COMES ALL THE WAY FROM Mn
Да,це жінка 😊
,👍
🐮🐮🚜🐄🐄 Good Show Tay! ... Bruce
Hello Taylor. I did not grow up on a farm but my father's family were farmers. I would spend my summers on the farm as a kid and watching your videos bring back fond childhood memories. Keep up the good work.
Another enjoyable video keep them coming
Thank you!
Thanks for the info on your finger. Good to see the calves doing well and getting a little more fresh hay.
The Whistler is a really cool way to feed round bales. Free stall barns on dairy farms I see them adding
the hay in into their mixers. God bless you as it will be great to have a new battery in the 1066
That's how I would get the Wifes dishwasher going, you had to bang on it at a certain spot, finally replaced the dial !
I agree that your videos are very informative. Please keep them coming 😊
Hi Taylor. Bummer you didn't get to spread manure. Always an interesting job, if that doesn't sound too weird? We did get to see some mowing!!👍 I the the reason you don't see a lot of bale unrollers is the size of operations. An unroller fits your system well. Other operations either feed bales like you feed them in the yard or they might use a tub grinders and feed wagons. I think you mentioned others grind their hay. But you are right that the unroller is quite a machine. I like watching you guys running it too--like the tractors! Thanks Tay! Enjoyable as usual!! 🤠🚜
I love your videos and the “girls” are all lovely.
You are so kind, I’m glad you enjoy them!!
Trouble on the ramps, we can tell you don't wear heels. XD
Sure was nice to get to ride along one more time before winter... a John Deere well nevermind 🤭🤭. Would love to have you for a daughter in law young lady 👍👍👍🙋♂️🙋♂️🙏🙏🙏🐄🐄🐄🚜🚜⚘
Tractor ladies are better looking than any miss universe.
Love watching your videos and how you explain everything you do. I live in Eastern North Carolina, and we have a lot of big farmers here farming corn and soybeans. I hope you have a great week.
As always a good video
On my Kubota steering full left or right while moving takes the tension of the drivetrain and allows it to slip into 2-wheel drive. I like your outlook and the way you approach tasks - it brightens my day.
Hi Tay, we enjoy watchng, so keep it goin. I was curious about the round bailer shredder, "the only 1 in Maine".it sounds like you said whistler brand but unsure. We enjoy Geirock farm in Wisconsin, 10generationfarmer in PA. It's interesting to see how each manages cows; mobility, feed, milking. And still im sure there are more ways. Stay warm
Hi, so glad you like watching! Yes our bale unroller is called a ristler, a great little machine! I agree there are so many different farmering approaches and they are all so interesting to see! Thanks so much and enjoy your weekend!!🙂
Looking good be safe
👍👏👏👏 Continue, my friend, I encourage you, you are sincere in your work, you are a persistent and strong woman. I wish you success, prosperity and happiness in your life, your loyal friend Mounir, and welcome to Morocco anytime, my warm kisses to you 😘🤗💘 Take care of yourself 💚🌷💚
Great fall video be safe
Love it
See ur other barn has the house connected to the barn are all the old farms like that there
👍👍👍🙏🏻🇺🇸🌹
😀
CAUTION DANGER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Taylor love your videos and your chosen life, and don't want you to get hurt, so please take note !!! I saw you hooking or unhooking (doesn't matter) the charger from the battery POS terminal and as typically happens there were HUGE SPARKS. NOTICE when a battery is charging EXPLOSIVE HYDROGEN GAS can exit out the top which a spark can ignite causing the battery to explode spewing acid over you YOUR FACE AND POSSIBLY BLIND YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...
NEVER NEVER NEVER hook or unhook anything (charger or jumper cables) that can create a spark ESPECIALLY near the top of a battery ESPECIALLY during or after shes been charging , as thats when explosive gas can be present a spark can ignite and blow up the battery ...
THE SAFE WAY TO ATTACH OR REMOVE CHARGERS OR JUMPER CABLES............FIRST attach the Red/Pos to the battery Pos Post...............NEXT attach the Black/Neg/Ground NOT to the battery but to a clean iron frame member or part away from the battery especially away from the top of battery........That way any spark will NOT be near the battery top which could cause an explosion.......... Then when removing the cables, FIRST remove the Black/Neg/Ground thats not on the battery and then remove the Red/Pos on the battery. .. ..That way theres no sparks on top of battery where explosive gas can be present..
JUST REMEMBER you DO NOT want to create a spark near the battery top anytime ESPECIALLY during or after charging or jumping. Attach the Red/Pos on battery FIRST then make the final connection to Ground/Neg on the frame or iron member or part AWAY from top of battery. Then when unhooking (jumpers or charger) unhook ground FIRST then Pos on battery...
Please take this as positive and in hope for you, as I an ex farmer and electrical engineer know this subject well and have seen batteries explode when a spark happens at their top especially when charging or jumping NO SPARKS NEAR BATTERY tops PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What say you now ??????????? Ask Brent your boss !!!!!
Best wishes and God Bless
John T Electrical Engineer and past farmer
zamzam water
Digital battery chargers suck, the old ones are best
100%
Hopefully you didnt cut any tendons, otherwise finger would be hard to bend. It looks okay though. New batteries are in order, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet.
Hey Taylor ❤💪💪💪💪💪💪😘
👋🏻👋🏻
Good Sunday Morning Taylor, it’s such a pleasure to watch you
I am a little confused, the Tie Stall Barn is owned by Brett is that correct? But what about the other barn? Does he own that as well? And who lives in the house next to the barn?
One last thing, I know you are kind of looking forward to the winter season so that you can go snowmobiling, but wouldn’t it be nice to have good weather all year long and you could get an over abundance of hay throughout the year?
I cringed when you told what happened to your thumb and finger but i am so glad everything worked out for you stay safe and have a great day😊❤
watch what you are doing before you cut anything think what will happen if the blade slides to far if it will cut you watch out always things will happen
Tks for taking us along on ur farming rounds! Keep those fingers clean & safe! And be sure ur up to date on ur tetanus shots.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍🤗😘🤗🇲🇦🇺🇸
DO YOU EVER FLAIL CHOP GRASS? COWS WOULD REALLY LIKE IT- MILK GOOD
LOL, wait, did the glass break years ago? If so and it's not cleaned up yet, Brent has me topped as the king of the "why do today what can be put of until tomorrow" lifestyle. When people ask why I wait so long to finish projects I simply say, because I'm busy. LOL, it's not true, but I love using that line.. Congrats Brent, for one of the hardest working guys on YT, at least in this instance I'm crowning you the king of my movement. Cheers from farm country way way west of Chicago
Can't be far enough west of that 💩 hole 😂🤣👍
Be careful. Me if I can stop the blood it is good. That window is safety glass by law. You can buy 10 plastic glass.
I noticed you were moving that battery camp after you had that battery charger on, and there is a lot of Acid coming out of that battery fumes And you could blow that battery up, right in your face. , so you should never do that. just though I give you that advice.
Have a similar tractor. What is the black box on the cab roof interior?
On the window behind me? Or above my head by the sunshade?
It would be cheaper to fix the ac than to buy a door
I have a battery charger just like that but mine's not on the wheels I have to carry mine and I do not like it very hard to work
You can't buy a decent battery charger these days.
Amen to that!
You are really beautiful ❤
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I've told you tow start it, or do you not know how to.??
Stiches are the last resort. I have the scars to prove it. It is good to have a tetanus shot every 10 years especially when working around rusty wire like you are. Stay safe.
all new battery chargers are terrible as far as longevity they are a joke are the heifers' in that barn that you fed them a.t. are they in like a basement type . or does the land just fall off really hard over there out the backside because it looks like you walked in at dirt level but then you go downstairs door to me there must be 3 levels to that A hay loft. the main level, and then the basement. huh???
Throw charger away....your farm stores have polluted us with chinese junk
Go to carquest order a two knob non computer board charger....
Good morning Taylor
