Great to meet you as well. Still can’t believe how cold it was out there. Glad you guys had a good time on the AT!
@MetroOnTheMove you too man! Love the videos! Keep up the hard work!
Gorgeous content, loving the view of the AT at winter time
Good video, on a cold winter day, lots of good beautiful views, of the mountains covered in snow and some big icicles ,so let's keep on hiking 😮
Also subscribed to Kriz's channel, so it will be fun to follow you both. Crazy weather, but you did it. Thanks for taking us along
Coo loo coo coo, coo coo coo coo! Never know who you’re going to run into out here! Great hiking with you…I’ll be back soon. 👊👊
Was great to share this moment in time! Look forward to more adventures in 2025! See you on the AT!!
Awesome beautiful vlogging, hiking and scenery, all the very best.
Thank you so much for doing these everyday it's hard for me to get in the forest I love this
Thank you for being a part of the adventure! Appreciate the ongoing support and can’t wait to share the footage from NC!!
So cool my buddy and I finished our last section hike from Blue Mountain to Hog Pen. Going to finish Georgia this year
@ you are gonna rock it!!
Not sure how many days these videos are behind but hopefully it starts to warm up for y'all! I feel like hiking in the snow several days would get old pretty quick 😅
Yep, embrace the suck my hiker trash ass.
You sure get beautiful views with the early start. Good to see Alpha-gal out there with you.
I love looking at the snowy landscape but would worry about stepping on an icy patch. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us.
Grateful to be able to share this adventure with you! For ten years, I’ve been dreaming of this hike on the AT! Watch your step!
I was just at Hogpen Gap this weekend. keep up the good work. Yeah Buddy 👊☕️🏕🏔👍
Love the vid, views and info. Great hiking weather. Keep warm hike safe and have fun. Let’s Keep Moving.
🦉
Hard to believe there will be heat to deal with but you know it’s coming. Walk that walk brother!👍🏼🙏🏼
Another good segment. Keep on movin'.
I think you have more snow than we do. It was 62 degrees here today. I've lived here over 30 years and never remember hitting sixties in February.
Isn’t it great? Welcome to the sunny and hot state of Georgia.
It is confusing weather for sure!
@ , not really. As a N Georgia boy myself, you will never predict winter weather there. I have personally seen up to 20” of snow up in the mountains in February. Not to mention an inch or two in April. And the next day 60 degrees. I have no idea where you’re from, but always expect the unexpected.
Well done.
Living the dream
Crunchy Crunchy Crunchy
Lovely wintry landscape.
14 miles on the ice is nice.
Is ET still wearing the crampons I gave him?
I believe so. Saw home last at Muskrat Creek and he was heading into a mess of snow and ice.
@MetroOnTheMove he's a great kid! He used my phone to call home too.
Do you still need to filter the water if it flows out of rock ?
Did I miss something? Why southbound on this section?
Road closure on Richard B Russell scenic hwy. Could not access Hogpen Gap
@@MetroOnTheMove copy that. I must have missed that in the prior video. I love your vlog and may I say, you have the right attitude for a thru hiker. You are gonna make it, I can tell. Keep it light, keep it humorous and stay flexible which is hard for some folks. I do trail work for the GATC off the Rocky Mt. Spur Trail north of Unicoi Gap. When you get back, you'll love doing trail work but you will want to adopt your own section so you can manage it on your own time. Thanks for sharing and stay safe out there!
